Had you only one choice, which would you prefer, to speak well, or to write well? The answer to this question might vary, yet as it comes to me, to speak well weighs much more than to write well.
First of all, in some situation, you just won't have enough time to write down what you're trying to express. There is a most famous story happened in ancient China in which the King CaoCao asked his son CaoZhi to make up a poem before he walks his seventh step, or else he would be killed. It's kind of mission impossible to write his poem down within seven steps' time. This kind of situation can also be seen in modern society frequently. In such a modern world of quick pace, chances just won't wait. Suppose you're in a conference, your boss is choosing one of you to be promoted. He won't have the patience to look through the meterials you prepared or the article you wrote maybe the day before. In most cases he will listen to your brief reasons to make that decision. If you react in a really slow speed you'll probably miss quite some chances.
Second, sometimes to speak is a more direct and effective way to show yourself to others. Adolf Hitler, one of the most charming leaders in human history, was once an unnoticed musician who could hardly earn his meals. It is not his book or his music that made him famous to all Germany people. In truth, he was known as "Hitler the speecher", rather than "Hitler the writer". It is his world-famous lectures that brought him to the place as prime minister.
It should not be denied that there does exist some kind of situations in which to write weighs more. For example, you want to become a famous writer. Yet even in this case, to speak well is still important. It might financially increase your sales. Or at least, it will make your book more widely spreaded.
To sum up, to speak well can help you to keep up with the rapid paces of modern sociaty; still, it can help you express yourself to others more directly and effectively; even in some particular situation in which to write well might weight more, to speak well is still unignoralbe. For the reasons listed above, to speak well is much more important to me than to write well.

There is a (去掉most) famous story happened in ancient China in which the King CaoCao(sweating- -!) asked his son CaoZhi to make up a poem before he finishes his seventh step, otherwise he would be sentenced to death. It's a impossible mission to write his poem down within seven steps' time. This kind of situation can also be seen in modern society frequently. In such a modern world of quick pace, chances just won't wait. Suppose you're in a conference, your boss is choosing one of you to be promoted(suppose and is 出现在一句话中，用逗号隔开，必定是语病了). He probably won't have the patience to look through the meterials you prepared or the article you wrote (去掉maybe) the day before. In most cases he will listen to your brief reasons to make that decision. If you react too slowly you'll probably miss （去掉quite） the opportunity. (这两个例子都不好．第一个例子，因为走七步要写诗，来不及写，只能说，所以说明＂说＂重要？我汗．．．第二个例子，关于晋升，其实事实上并不会只考虑一个人的片面之词，又不是第一次面试，晋升更多的是平时在ＢＯＳＳ面前的表现，你恰好给自己举了个反例）

Second, it's true that speaking is a more direct and effective way to show yourself to others. To sum up, to speak well can help you to keep up with the rapid paces of modern sociaty（这个观点并没有在前文提到呀，怎么总结出来的？莫非是＂曹操＂的例子．．．）; still, it can help you express yourself to others more directly and effectively; even in some particular situation in which to write well might weight more, to speak well is still unignoralbe. For the reasons listed above, to speak well is much more important to me than to write well.

观点都挺好的．也抓到点上了，就是举例不贴切．结构上还可以．
语句，词汇上都不错．语法错误不多．但应注意避免过多使用同样的句式（ＴＯ什么什么的），不定式其实不能这么用的．．．
蓝色是我觉得写的好的，红色是觉得不妥的（有些改了），紫色是无语的．．．

如果在虚拟从句中包含有一个助动词、情态动词、动词be或have，则可把if省略，把上类动词提到主语之前，使用倒装语序。

只有should，had，were再从句中作助动词时可以倒装，语法老师刚刚讲过~
If you had come yesterday, you would have met him.可改Had you come yesterday, you would have met him.
但是你那句是错的，had 在那里是动词有的意思，不是助动词，助动词本身无意义，不可单独使用~
比如 if i had time,i would study french.不能改成had i time,i would study french.
我说了这么多，你明白了吧~
