Integraed Writing

Many people think being a member of big enterprises, or say, fortune 500, is not only rewarding in terms of income, but also honorable for his employer's strong background. However, in my view, staying in relatively small company will give you more benefits such as acknowledging you with various parts of workflow, nurturing your entrepreneur spirit and enriching your referential experience.
Admittedly, working in the big corporate have many merits, particularly on financial matter. Big company tends to offer more appealing salary for the talent, excellent commission plan and detailed pension project which really assure employees of their economic condition. Additionally, most big enterprises lay much emphasis on their staff development, which make workers feel their value being recognized and acknowledged. For example, many insurance company will provide on-position training and pay for the certification exams such as ACCA for their employees. Also, having a job in big company means that you obtain a decent and stable occupation which many people would admire or take pride in.
Nevertheless, working in the small company has its distinctive advantages, most significant of which is that you have opportunities to deal with various work rather than being streamlined. In small company where human resource are not adequate, it is common that workers are re-distributed to vast departments and assigned with different works. It means your everyday work is challenging and seldom repetitive. For example, as a IT supporter, you may be allocated to market department to assist sales there or designated to logististic department to check out the inventory. These experience, being a bit inconsistent though, is inaccessible for their counterpart in the big company. All these will usher you into a new discipline by practical work, broaden your horizon as well as at least, strengthen your resume.
Only on the basis that you familiar with whole process of workflow, only after you have been toughen by seemingly odds and ends in the small company can you genuinely foster kind of entrepreneur spirit. Knowledge of management, logistics, economics, accountant, marketing, designing, even politics as well as diplomatic from real-world work instead of college textbook ensure you a clear vision of how business is running which can be hardly gained in streamlined big corporate. Not merely sophistication but ambition will you derive from your experience, which are two essence to start one's own business. In addition, staying in small company will nurture a highly responsibility for work because every employee’s perfromance is directly hooked up with company condition in the market. In contrast, will you get these things in a company that is so specialized with definite responsibility distinction?  
Moreover, you probably have to deal with complicated relationship in the big company which scarcely do good to your work performance. It seems to be a golden rule that the bigger the company, the lower the efficiency. For the huge body of employee make it nearly impossible to implement high productivity.

本次Speaking 没做

感觉论证的比较乱。每个分论点不清楚。建议每段第一句应该为这段的观点。第二段读完第一句后以为只讲financial matter呢,其实是想讲三点。第四段感觉没有主观点,在这段的开始有一个观点比较好。在第一段中讲了小公司的三个好处,以为下面就从这三点来展开呢。
语言连接不太好。
想把所有的好处和不好的都写出来,结果写的有些乱, 导致不能详细展开。
语言的运用还是很好的,尤其是词的运用和句子。值得学习。
这只是我的想法,也不知道对不对。请多指教。
