Governments, elected by the public to serve for them, are thought to be responsible to improve its citizens' welfare, ensure the society's stability, and promote social development. As with its function, governments are doomed to solve problems both in the right hand and concerning the future. Which is more important for governments to pay more attention to? In my opinion, the immediate problems should always be put priority to, and the reasons are as follows.

The immediate problems, usually being the most urgent and concerned with person's immediate interest, must be considered first for if this are hanged up, results such as hardships of people, disorder of the society may occurred. How does a country well-being if its government sets the majority's starvation aside to provide the minority's so-call facilities for a more healthy build. And imagine this: a nation under warfare, hundreds of young persons are heading to the battle fields with the risky of losing life but what is ridiculers is that, people remain home are protecting the phenomena that the education budget has decline; to rely on what we anticipate the victory of this nation in the war and how could the nation well-being if the enemy invade in? Therefore, problems existing now, threatening every person's daily life should always be highlighted and put more attention to for the basic of people's daily life, to some extent is the basis of existence and also significant for the future, anticipating only through today’s good life.

While, it is true that some anticipated problems are of significant importance as they are also affect the problems right now. Take the economy for example. In the background of the era of information, the most efficient way to boom the economy is through developing technology and science, which can extraordinarily liberate the human beings from hand-making process, and instead, the automatic machine can produce large amounts of products in a short period of time leading to progress of industry. And thus the more developed the science is, the more prosper the economy might be. However, the more development of the science needs more talented person who can be fostered through education, person engaged in the science research. In the way, the education is significant and the anticipated issue seems to help better solve the immediate problems.

Since both are important, how we get a balance between them, while, focus on this: putting more emphasis on the immediate problems not means to neglect anticipated problems we may meet in the future, which can give us directions to solve problems at hands in a best way in the same time. That is to say, as governments' are responsible for the nations' today and future, every problem no matter urgent or long-time running must be taken into consideration, meanwhile, it is a wise bureaucracy to pay more attention on the current problems, which are crucial for its citizens’ well-being.
