Some people like doing work by hand. Others prefer using machines. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

With the development of science and technology, more and more machines have been invented in various areas such as manufacturing, scientific research, and household work. They do bring forth great efficiency and convenience, however, there are still some people who like to work by hand. In my opinions, I prefer using machine based on the following reasons.

Admittedly, if the work we discussed is about art or some other traditional ones, maybe the handcraft has special value and we would better adopt it. For example, the splendid music equipments such as the guitar or violin are all made by hand rather than machine. Also, the Switzerland watch is famous for its hand-making. This phenomenon may be attributed to the refinement given by the handcraft.

However, except for these specific conditions, we have the opportunity to choose the hand or machine to use. I would like to choose the machines because I am a pragmatist at most times. I would try my best to find some better methods to make the work easier. For example, there are many complicated calculations in my major, which can be done by hand or by computer. I tend to finish them by computer because this could save much time and the result is more accurate. Maybe some people argue that calculating by hand could enhance our understanding of related knowledge, but I think as the computer software has been programmed, the decendants can use them as a tool and need not to research its details again. It is the inheriting that drive human beings to develop. As the illustrious physicist Newton said, "If I can see further, it is only because that I stand on the shoulders of giants". For example, we can enjoy the convenience of high-speed airplanes because we could make use of the Newton's physical disciplines. Should every airplane engineer prove those disciplines again? Absolutely not.

Also, with the industrialization all over the world, working by machine become a trend gradually. The reason is that machine could reduce the rate of disqualified product and also increase the product efficiency greatly. Take the automobile company as an example. Since the famous automobiles factory, Ford company, first adapted the product line in its factory, the significance of machines in this industry is unbeatable. It is necessary for those workers to operate machines well.

Generally speaking, I would like to work using machine. 结尾实在想不出来了，待会学习一下大家的。
