人们期待只在一个企业或者只给一个雇主工作是否现实
In this modern society,jobless may be a sensitivity topic, for most normal people,having a formal employment is crucial for happiness of their family.unfortunately, in
the fastly develop,dynamic,compeletive commercial environment, a large number of company break down while a lot of ones born at the same time,which means many workers have to choose to change his job,passive or impassive.
Actually, even most of people expect to work in a certain company for his whole life, the fluctuation of their work environment is good for their personal development and the Social progress.Many workers could not make significant progress after they have learn almost adequate skills and knowledge,then they would most likely to lost their
passion in their job,they no more care about the personal advancing,and turn their major attention to the personal position and enjoyment, wage,Welfare and other material aspects.and on the other hand, the Contradictions of colleges and deparments in the same company will become more and more severe with the time going,and the common result is that some people have to leave and pursuit their job in another company.All the above situation are inevitable and extreme necessary for the Social progress,as I will dicuss in the following part.
What drive our society advanced all the time in our moral levels?The answer is not humility or other virtues,it is our original
pursuit for better life,such as more money and greater power,it means that we should beat our Opponent in the fierce Competition,which will prompt the players,no matter individual,company or other Organization, try their to develop their quality.so the Predictable outcome is that some company lost their market and break down,and some worker lost their position and have to find their direction to use his superiority as more as possible.However,another more meaningful result is that the whole level of our society is advanced more and more rapidly,and the ultimate beneficiaries is the individuals who could not keep their job in the same company.

So,it is not unrealistic neither beneficent for the individual to maintain their job in a certain company,every one should prepare for the jobless,and we will find it is not a very bad thing to lost the current employment.

Most of time,I would like to play basketball with my friends in playground.because we are
Usually busy doing our experiment,only at some time we have one or two hours free time,so the best way we can choose is play basketball altogether,as all of us are fond of showing our significant skills to each other.meanwhile,we need not pay any extra money in playing,which is also a attractive point.more importantly,playing basketball is more beneficial for our health,when compared to most of the other entertainment.

As for me,I will choose to have my meals outside if it is affordable for me.if so,I need not
to pay much attention to buy the necessary material, and make them into a favorable meals,and the last cleaning job.while I choose the restaurant,where my job is become very simple,eating and paying.well,once I have my own family，I would like to have meals with my families,as these would be crucial for me communicate with my families when have breakfast or dinner.
