What's the meaning of the works of the artists? Citizens who conduct a normal life might find it difficult to point out whether this area makes any difference to their material life. However, I accept that the arts reveal the otherwise hidden ideas and impulses of a society, which would hardly revealed by mean-stream claims, whether they contradict with the authority or not.

Authority of the society stands for, and speaks for mean-stream ideas; however, this is not sufficient to learn the culture by mere the ideas recorded by the government thus artistic works need to be emphasized on. After all, it's the governors’ duty to ensure the society to be stability and represent the highest moral and ethics standards which is more appropriate to labeled as idealist rather than reality. For example, the government would seldom claim that the standards of the ethics they hold which require the citizens to be entire devoted to the construction of the nation are somehow hard for the people to maintain. Actually the governors of certain society call for people to give up the individual consciousness to some extent in order to achieve easier governing, thus many ideas of the society would keep unrevealed in the document of the government. Thus artistic works would be complement for recording the true state of mind of the citizens of certain country.

The moral and ethics have play a role of restraint of people's behavior, while they could not reveal the constant appetite lying in one's sole thus these ideas and thoughts would be covered up unless some means exists through which they could be expressed. Individuals are part of the society without which they would find it hard to survive, thus it's important to them to attain others' recognition. Thus, one must obey the morals and ethics in order to reconcile with the circumstance. However, the restraint on the appetite reveals the existence of those desires which are viewed as immoral in the society. People need some ways to express otherwise depression might dominate one's life. Works of art, however, express the anxiety due to the pressure from the society, and normal appetite before lures. It's hard to express in direct way, thus the literature and music would help the demand to express indirectly.

Also some ideas even accepted by the mean-stream would be better revealed by the works of art. After all, the artistic works call the attention of people to introspect and think over the true state of their mind. It's sometimes easier to accept the ideas of the author through works of art rather than directly speaking because the direct ways would be somehow abstract and boring. Human are subject to emotions, this explains why the striking painting like the works of Picasso, music like masterpieces of Beethoven, literature like Jane Ann, would inspire the hidden strength in one's heart directly or indirectly.

In conclusion, when being asked the meaning of the artistic works, their capacity to reveal the true ideas and impulses could be an option.

让自己的作文被改主要有以下几种途径：
1、参与/组建互助小组，请参见下一个部分；
2、主动出击，到别人的习作中改别人的文章，然后留下连接请求回拍，绝大部分情况下版友都会很负责的回拍的；
3、斑竹定期会开习作修改铺，在里面占位置就可以让斑竹修改你的习作；
4、同主题写作时会规定参与的版友按照一定的回贴顺序进行互改；
5、坐等别人来拍，由于习作量很大，这种概率很小，所以效率也很低，建议不要采用。
