[i习作temp] 处女ISSUE(不知道是多少号),请指点 [复制链接]

It is a changing world. The actuality in every second is definitely different from the past one. We can feel the stress from the truth that we know what we need to do is to get ready to change in every minute in order to follow the flying epoch. Especially the people in power, who can decide the destiny of a collectivity, need to change quickly and appropriately enough to face the challenge from the society. But some people have inertia some extent, they do not want to change when he or she feels comfortable to a situation. So do the people in power. That is why some extreme people consider that we need to change managers in every profession often to make the enterprise revitalize continuously.

We can say this argument in pub as a joke with friends when we feel angry to the manager, but we can never make the opinion that we must change manager in every profession every five years just for revitalization be truth expect in polity. That is because of the following reasons.

First, a new manager needs some time to get familiar to the post, which can let some opportunities slip. When the new manager does not exactly know what he or she can do and should do in the position, he or she may make some mistakes. Even if the mistake is not very important, it wastes some time to correct. But opportunities wait for nobody.

Secondly, if the manager has a mind receptive of new ideas and can change depend with situations, there is no reason to let him or her step down. He or she can keep the enterprise active without power from outside.

Thirdly, some of the managers will not try their best to work because they know they will be replaced after five years. Whatever effort they do to the enterprises, the fruits will be others’ some day, especially when they plan a long-term plan. So they pretend to plan short-term plans rather than long-term ones, disregarding which can bring more profit.  

But in polity, the situation is different. Take American presidents for example, they assist in government for years before being a president, and everyone in the country is looking at them when they are on their presidential positions, so, they need not much time to suit the new situation, and they must try their best to serve for the country because of the eyes.

这篇文章是我随机选的一篇写的,开头和摘要写完后,又过了不知多少天才完成的,没有按照孙远讲的来写,因为觉得名人名言和例子是多余的(名人算老几?),请大家多多批评

不好意思,没看新人必读,不过刚才看了,做了一下修改
不过还是想问一下,ISSUE和ARGUMENT的号是从哪来的啊?我下载的题库没有号啊!!!
