About the Department of Psychological Science
The Department of Psychological Science houses alarge undergraduate program (over 1,500 students), as well as two Ph.D.programs in Clinical Psychology and Experimental Psychology. The Ph.D. programin Experimental Psychology provides a core base of knowledge upon whichstudents specialize in cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, socialpsychology, or neuroscience. Our program is rigorous, collegial, andstudent-centered. We offer training in diverse and sophisticated methods andconduct first-rate, cutting-edge research. As students progress through theprogram, coursework, research, and mentorship become individually tailored toeach student’s particular interests.
