"Most people recognize the benefits of individuality, but the fact is that personal economic success requires conformity."  

In this era of replete with intense personal competence and law dominating society , individuality doesays an important role in the very survival and development of personal economy, while at the same time we cannot ignore the necessity of conforming to certain social regulations and standard.

Due to the nature of market which bears complex relationships between merchants themselves as well as merchants and consumers, it is imperative for a company to consider the concept of individuality which is the principle of the entire market. To gain its very survival , one company has to create something unique and attractive enough to distinguish itself from others .Simply following the pace of others or obey conventional views will only drown a company in a sea where thousands of products share only one feature. In China, there are many small sports stores who emulated the ideas or even brands of big ones such as Nike or Adiddas , while most of them ,at last, encountered financial deficit or even disrupted . In fact, when faced with products of same style, people inclined to buy those name brands which has higher quality and credit or those products which have a unique design or function. Thus, it is essential for a company to highlight the individuality ,without which the fundamental existence of a company will ultimately be threatened and endangered .

Moreover, individuality will hold special groups of consumers which will certainly be beneficial for a company’s market share. In most cases , because of the limitation of techniques or lack of fund, one company has and only can has one or two star departments. So determining which feature should be preserved and promoted and where to lay its emphasize on in order to keep its customers is becoming all the urgent for a company. For instance, Porche and Fararri aim at people who seek for speed and passion , while Volve is oriented to concerning the safety of passengers. Keeping to a large proportion of customers who are impressed by their feature, these companies all win over those who provide no characteristic or originality while engaging in producing or providing all sorts of cars. Owning their respective group of customers, they are all guaranteed a stable source of revenue which stand as a base for further broadening of their market share . Therefore, individuality in orientation to a special multitude group greatly benefits the statue and development of a company in market competence.
