部分同意部分反对(+-)。
1. 必须承认，父母对于教育起一定的作用，他们是孩子的第一任老师。他们比别人更关心自己的孩子，了解他们，还可以对孩子的兴趣爱好等进行针对性教育。至于社会，很容易知道有了社会的帮助，教育会得到诸多好处，如赞助、实习机会。
2. 然而，父母虽然一心希望孩子接受最好的教育，可是实际上他们往往并不知道什么对于孩子才是好的，而将自己的主观意识强加于孩子；有时，父母的溺爱也会导致孩子失去受教育的机会。比如schooling at home 虽然可以选择最好的老师，最好的教育条件，但是培养出来的孩子可能会与社会不相融。另一方面，如果父母和社会的意见不一，会造成孩子的困惑，浪费时间。
3. 而相对来说， Professional educators知识渊博，接受过专业训练，经验丰富，能够很好的帮助孩子的学习和成长。从这个角度来说，家长和社会是可以放心把教育这项重任交给他们的。
家长和社会是应该参与，但要适度，教育的主要任务应交给专业的教育者，家长和社会只起辅助作用。

Must both parents and communities take part in local schools for the reason that education is so important that it could not be left solely to a group of professional educators? The speaker alleges so. In certain cases, I agree with the author. Yet, in my observation, for other parts, it will do harm to the children if their parents and communities are over involved in the children's education.
As a threshold matter, I concede the speaker's assertion about parents and communities' participate in education. As is known to all, parents are the first teachers of their children: you can't expect children to take messages about rules or morality seriously unless they see adults taking those rules seriously in their day-to-day affairs. Further, parents care about their own children and know more than other people, which may be benefited in helping their children learn things they are favored according to their characteristics and own desire. The same is true of the communities. They will offer money to schools and provide an opportunity to the children in taking the knowledge learned in books into practice.
However, after careful consideration, we reveal that sometimes the parents do not truly know the genuine needs of their children and what is best for them. Besides, their might press their shortcomings and failed self-expectations on their children in the purpose of achieving their goals hang in the air. Moreover, some parents are over fond of their children that the do want their children to be hurt in no case, which may also lead to the absence of some chances helping their children be more mature when dealing with things meet. In addition, sometimes there is something divaricating between parents and communities, the children will be puzzled in which opinion to take and then waste their time. What is more, there is another kind of parents who are selfish and treat their children just as money makers, if these parents were in charge of educating, their children would go with little or no education and be destroyed.

In sharp contrast, profession educators can give more help to children compared with parents and communities, firstly, because of deep studying, the professional educators are all experts in certain filed and can teach children more knowledge the parents can not. Secondly, educators were professional trained in education, so they have more skills in persuading children to opt their right suggestion. Thirdly, in teaching, educators become more and more experienced in help children not only in studying but also in their life and so forth. In this case, it is a good choice that mainly leaves education – an important thing to a group of educators who are professional and experienced.
To sum up, I’d like to say, I agree with the writer's conclusion that parents and communities should attend the education, but it must be the main duty of professional educators, parents and communities can just act as assistants in educating.
