As a pianoist said that, if only a child was trained to play pinano, can his gift in piano be developed effectively. Similarly, there are some children who has gift in some realm in childhood, should society identify them and train them at early age? In principle,I think so.

In the first place, there are many children who often are called to be genunins with telents and abilities at an early age. If society provide them with opportunity to develop their talent, they will make significant contribution to the society. In fact, the telent of children which may split can never develop spontaneously. Society should identify it in time and make effort to promote it to advance, for example, apt teacher for those telented children, establish reasonable corrulum for them, finance the telented children in poor family. Besides, society should collect those telented children together, so they can learn from eacher. In the history, many telented children who was lucky to get the opportunity grew into herio who contributed to society markedly. The examples supporting that is abundant, but we should look no futher than Alxander Emperor, who was smart in his childhod, and was lucky to become Aristotle's students, built a unpreminented large empire across Asia, Europe and Africa.

In the second place, in reality, those talented children need most special care. Most people fail to relize those talented children often feel lonely, because they are much more smart than their peers, as a result, it is difficult for them to communicate with their peers. A recent study which researchs about 10000 talented dhildren for 20 years dipicit that many talented children feel lonely, some of which even belie their talent to ge along well with each other. In that sense, society should care about those cildren and instruct them in psych. Besides, it is necessary for society to so moral instructation to talented children. Because talented children are so distinct that they are likely to become . In fact, many talented children who fail to accept resonable instruction express the trence of antisociety . Let consider those Hikers who jeopardize the safety of xociety, they mostly are edolescent which used to be telented children.

Last but not the least, talented children must be trained to fit society. Talented children have gift in some domain, but they can not be pefect, and rather they have weakness in some other respects. For example, some talented children with gift in science or art are not good at phsical exercise, besides, they are too shy to play to peers. If society do not pay attention to their defect, they might evaluate themselves poorly, which will form shadow in thwir heart. So society must nuture talented children to be well-round.

To um up, society should identify talented children and trained in time, instruct them psychologically and morally, above all make them grow into well-round elite.
