基本上同意,尽管 5年并不一定适合于所有的职业。
2、
社会的发展会对领导者提出新的要求,由于个人性格的相对稳定,领导者并不能总是适应当前的需要。如在战争期间善于打仗的将军,并不一定能在和平事情搞好经济建设。

领导终身制,工作时间长后,由于缺乏竞争,容易产生懈怠心理。滋生腐败,官僚政治。
4、
领导换届 可以给年轻人提供更多的晋升机会,从而提高他们工作的积极性,进而提高生产效率。

但是我们要牢记,并不是所有的行业 都适合5年一换届。同时还有很多其他因素影响企业的成功。
The rapid social and technological changes make new demands to the leadership, who are in power, in any profession. Basically, I agree that those in power should step down after several years, but it maybe not five years. Because it is impossible for a person to adopt to new demands and to be the best one who can lead people to success. I admit that new leadership can revitalize enterprise, to some extent, however, it is not always work.
First and foremost, with the development of science and technologies, there would be a piles of new demands. In order to achieve new success those people in power should adopt to new demands. Because the personal characters are relative stabilization. For instance, The general who good at fight battles in wartime may be bad at economic construction in times of peace.
Thus, the older people may not always meet the new demand. As a well known, almost all governments change personnel upon completion of a term of office.
Additionally, if life tenure in leading posts still exist, the leader may do what they want. Because Complete power corrupts completely, the major problems of life tenure are bureaucracy, over-concentration of power and privileges of various kinds. This will result in corruption. It well known that the leader always do their best in beginning, they may slack if they are boring.
Moreover, change personnel upon completion of a term of office will give more opportunity to the younger and the leadership can absorb new ideas keeping abreast of the times. What is more, the younger would work hard because they have the chance to promote. This would improve productivity and lead a success in business.
But we must keep in mind that stepping down after five years may not fit all professions. In some profession which need more experience and relative constant, the younger may not be competent enough to fill that senior position for the lack of experience. We have also to know that expect new leadership there are a piles of factors that affect the success of the enterprise. Like their product is what the public mass want, the technologies they applied is new, and the management is feasible to dealt with the change.
To sum up, I fundamentally agree this claim, even though there are some little flaws. Change personnel upon completion of a term of office can revitalize the younger enthusiasm, and keep abreast of the times. |
