     根据imong GG 的分析，argument开头不要restate，summarize，但是只提出文章错误的主观点就可以了吗，是不是说开头完全不需要再提一下论据呢？   光就这样做开头行不行呢：

还是根据新东方的传统结构：

In this argument, the arguer claims that...to support this conclusion, the arguer cites that...meanwhile, the arguer assumes that...the argument is unconvincing sa it stands for several critical flaws.

看的太多了，被拍的太多了，好困惑啊。。。请教各位高手，能不能具体举一个例子呢？

我觉得两个结构都可以，开头并不是什么重点。

作少量的restate是应该的，多了就有点浪费了，还不如把时间和篇幅留给后面。

少量重复可以。
但是不要学习北美那种或者XDF那种全面复述。

感觉restate是一个整理作者思路的过程, restate不是单纯的把题目重说一遍, 而是表明题目中各句话的关系(哪些是假设,哪些是论据,哪些是判断,哪些是建议), 完成restate以后就可以对自己的文章结构有一个清晰的认识了

比如举个例子:

Prior to hastily conclude  that the Oak City’s Civic Club should continue to be restricted to people who live in Oak City, the reasoning of this argument should be closely scrutinized from other angle. The arguer alleges that people who work in this city but not live here cannot truly understand the affairs of the city, without considering other potential possibilities.

这种主论点+分论点的方式可取吗?

Merely based on the dubious evidences and unfounded assumptions, the arguer recommends that ....... However, The argument is unconvincing as it stands for several critical flaws.
