我问了NTU的ISC,他们的回复:
Please note advice from Dr Peter Yeo of NTU Medical Centre below. For ICA medical check-up, there is no issue as long as they pass the HIV test and CXR is clear. For Hepatitis B carrier, the issue is whether the medical condition will affect his studies here. Hence the liver function test, alpha fetoprotein blood test and the ultrasound liver has to be normal before advising the student to come over and even then, the student need to check these tests every 6 months to detect early abnormality. In this case, you should go for the liver function test, alpha fetoprotein blood test and ultrasound of your liver and submit the report to us before our Medical Centre could advise whether your are medically fit to join NTU.
