以下题目都是来自某叔的500 or 有道的填空zhen题

第二个空F没有问题，第一个空应该选什么？我觉得C挺对的啊，可是答案选b,inspire这里作何解释？
原题是这样的

Filler claims that after the social welfare programs of the 1960s, belief that the government has an obligation to provide decent housing for citizens who cannot afford it was (i) in the United States by the notion that providing suitable shelter for everyone should be (ii) Thus today in the (iii) of taxpayer-sponsored initiatives we have volunteer home-construction programs, honorable in intent but pitifully limited in scope.
这道没太读懂什么意思，答案我也不知道哪个对，求翻译下

答案给的cd 不明白这里的elitist作何解释？为什么选undesirable？

第二题答案应该是H. sacrifice credibility吧，squander suspense的意思是滥用悬念，与上文应该无关。
第三题答案是不是A.D.G
第四题答案是不是A.E
第五题 B.D？

第二个应该是D.Served吧，On the contrary表明前后句恰恰相反，前句是melancholy没有妨碍他的genius，后句大致应该是这种mood反而提升了他的genius，所以我觉得选served

the wider the appeal, the more (ii)________ the novel(受众越广，越___)应该是对(i)的的解释，假如(ii)空选accomplished或comprehensible，则(i)空没有合适的选项；the wider the appeal, the more undesirable the novel也就是受众越广则越讨厌，这个不就和elitist(restricted to an elite)对应吗。

after the social welfare programs of the 1960s这个表明在经过 the social welfare programs后，(ii)前的the notion也应该是变得具有social welfare特征，与这个相符(ii)应该填D.a shared civic responsibility；可以看出前面belief 和后面的notion不一致，所以(i)应该填A.supplanted；第三空思路，honorable in intent but pitifully limited in scope显然与taxpayer-sponsored initiatives不一致，因为是纳税人的钱不能说honorable in intent，所以(iii)应该是 G.absence。
以上仅是个人拙见，做错请楼主不要见怪。

卡尔顿，麦考林综合第5，工程实践-软工湖首，麦考林基础第10，ECE-coop

欧陆bme选校

工作or读博都可，但听说瑞典和芬兰近两年很难留，大概还是需要回国。 kth的track授课比较杂（想做信号/硬件方向），相对感觉很好毕业，qs高 aalto的课程设置很喜欢，感觉人均资源多，但是qs偏低

IPP和萨克雷人机交互法国择校

lpp的专业是Interaction Graphic& Design，注册校Telecom Paris，在帕莱索校区，专业和巴黎萨克雷合作进行。 Saclay的专业是HCI，在Orsay校区(也在帕莱索)。整体上两个专业课程设置比较相似，ipp相对来说路线更清晰一些，排名感觉两者大差不差。未来还没有特别明确的规划，留欧工作：读博：回国大概6：3：1，请问下大家的建议，谢谢!!

UofT UBCO KTH TUD 帮忙选offer！

申请时主要申了加拿大和欧陆，目前在考虑的offer如下，大家可不可以给点建议啊 UofT ECE MEng（extended，16-24个月） -Pros：排名高；安省找工比其他省好 -Cons：贵，学费+生活费大概70W；没有coop；onip多伦多没有加分 UBCO EE MEng -Pros：花费40W以内；有coop -Cons：o校区很偏；ee专业课程偏硬件；找工情况未知，相关分享很少；bcpnp被砍了，要有一年offer KTH Information and Network Engineering 无奖学金 -Pros：花费50W左右（不算少，但比其他的略低）；压力不算很大 -Cons：瑞典找工很难；找工可能要学小语种；瑞典天气不好，冷+极夜 TUD Computer & Embedded Systems Engneering -Pros：排名高；荷兰招工在欧洲算是比较好的了；据说这个项目带实习 -Cons：贵，学费+生活费大概60W（在不延毕的情况下）；workload大，就读体验差，荷兰ip基本都在劝退个人的倾向是找工&居留，能找到差不多的工作就不考虑读博了。在国家方面，我更偏向于加拿大：移民相对容易（虽然最近收紧了，但是相对其他国家还是容易的）；不需要学小语种（如果onip或者联邦ee分数不够，可能需要学法语）；移民国家，不排外；有希望去收入更高的美国（不过入籍+tn签证也是很多年之后的事了）当然，也有担忧，看到很多很多人都说加拿大找工地狱模式，ng要和有多年工作经验的人竞争，没有coop更难…… 求求各位大佬提提建议啊~感谢感谢！
