我们每个人说的都代表了我们的视野 out of sight的东西我们不乱说我们不懂法国律师怎么混德国律师怎么混我们能说说明我们周围存在我们提出我们的观点只供参考不是求认同说得对不对您自己衡量不对您就说对的我们洗耳恭听我们不是外交部新闻发言人
您可以继续说我逻辑什么的有问题我没学过逻辑没考过LSAT 法律学的也不好英语也不怎么样
但是您要是再这么说话“这论坛敢大胆下惊人结论人还真不少！现在才懂这句话意思：Boldness is a child of ignorance” 扣分是肯定的我就这点本事。

我当初有过这样的想法也和我们院里比较了解澳洲情况的教授谈过觉得回国工作认可度有限既然是T6的学校肯定找到有经验的教授谈谈

这句话他可是作为statement of fact:“3, NOT TO MENTION, anyone can get an aussie bar by just attending a 3 months or 6 months course.”

不是statement of opinion.表达各自意见当然是需要高度自由。很有把握去陈述事实，需要有基本责任。就在美国这鬼国家的宪法框架下，第一修正案都保护不了这样的话：False statements of fact are an exception from protection of free speech under the First Amendment.

That's because I'm a baller. being a baller is an essential criteria of being a lawyer.

criteria: 1, obtained a degree which leads to the qualification of home country; 2, legal training in aussie; 3, IELTS etc..

I might be wrong. because from what i checked, the law degree requirement restricts to common law jurisdiction, i.e. hong kong. I haven't looked into details yet. I will provide detained information when I have time. but as to 2, the courses i mentioned, it indeed is 3-months or 6-months.

I do apologize for saying "anyone". I assume anyone who reads this forum has already obtained law degrees somewhere.

T6?可能是我写的不清楚 NYU 还没有答复呢，现在最好是vandy，其他LLM还在等。。。。
那你最后选择的是LLM？

你看规定，需要是common law背景出来，需要证明拿到的法学位跟澳洲第一学位等同（就是香港，英国过去，你要补修澳洲宪法，行政法，土地法等课），才能评估有可能可以有机会去走下一步职业培训。

Dude,uncle hates to lash out at you,but ,boldness is the child of ignorance, luck sometimes is the mother of success. If you take harebrained risks,keep eye on the ball, there is a big chance it will smash your balls.
