[F1上海] 2000被拒快没有信心了。。我该不该三签？[ [复制链接]

看到那么多人回我帖我很感动。谢谢大家。我想我还是把两次的经历都写出来，请大家帮我分析。谢谢！
背景：上海 Public Administration 大四，获得Duquesne University , Policy Analysis的Master,不是全奖，学校fund 是$17124,I-20 上student's fund 是 $3684
6月2日 1000 SH
v: why Duquesne?
m: because I like this program. I think this program is very fitable for me.
v: what do you learn?
m: Public Administration
v: then you will get MPA?
m: no, what I will learn is Policy Analysis
v: what policy?
m: about public policy and economy policy
v: what will you do after graduation?
m: you know, I am now working as an intern in an investment company, after graduation, I will continue working in the company as an analyst. do you want to see my support letter from my boss?（不理我，没看）
v: who will fund you?
m: some from school and some from my parents
v: can I see your certificate of your parent's salary ?
m: sorry, I haven't. (觉得是第一次最大的失误）。but I have a bank deposit in my own name.
v:看了以后，不知道看到存入日期还是什么东西，跟我说了些话，我没听清（我自己的存折是4月份存的一笔钱，当时学校要求我存的一笔，超过5000美金，我原本以为比3684多应该就可以了，谁知道……）
v: sorry, I can not issue you the visa…………

6月20日 2000
学校给我DHL了一份support letter，可是我给vo，他没要，退给我了，看也没看，从一开始就在看电脑屏幕
v: why you go to Duquesne?
m: because I think the program that Duquesne offered is the most attractive to me.
v: what you learn?
m: policy analysis and administrtion
v: can you give more imformation about it?
m: ok. I will focus on the community policy and economy policy, and analysis the policies and give suggestion (当时有点乱，不知道乱说了些什么）
v:what's your future plan?
m: I am now working as an intern in an investment company as an analysis assitant, and I will continue working in the company as analyst after graduation.
v: what's the company
m: it's a real estate investment company
v: what do you do?
m: collecting data and public policies, and analying those materials and give some advice. Do you want to see my support letter from my boss.
v: 没要
v: do you have any friends there?
m:no
v: how many schools have you applied?
m: only one.( 这是真的，我只申了一所）
v: only one?
m:yes
然后就一直在看电脑屏幕，打字，没问我要任何材料看
v:……就是，你不符合给予visa的条件，sorry……

二签居然什么材料也没看，就翻了下I-20和offer letter.

我真的不知道该不该继续了。是不是第一次资金证明的问题呢？还是归国计划？我已经快没有信心和勇气了。
该不该再去三签呢？那么近的三次会不会直接被拒呢？谢谢你们帮我！感激涕零！！
