It is better to relax by watching a movie or reading a book than doing physical exercise

It's undeniable that today people attach increasing importance to relaxing themselves, relaxation is crucial for people's health and efficiency. Therefore, how to relax effectively is an important point for people now. Watching a movie, reading a book or doing physical exercise, it is difficult to say which is better , because there is not only one criterion for them.
First, for people who is engaging in the mental kind of work in most of their time, it is better for them to choose physical exercise in spare time for relaxing. Because they may be required to have lots of brainstorm during their work time and their brain would be tired, so the best way to relax is stopping mental work and making their physical body move, for those editors who have to read a diverse range of articles everyday , I think the music of fitness room would be easier to cheer them up than a quiet library. And it is also good for them to keep fit with enough physical exercising.
Second, when you see someone who looks exhausted after a day's physical work on the subway to home, would you suggest him to have some exercise to relax? It not only cannot help him relax, but also hurt him. However, at that time, if you could give him a ticket for a wonderful movie in the theater that's is in the vicinity of his home, he would be ready to accept that for the relaxing time. Nothing could be better for him to sit in the comfort seat and watch something quietly. Therefore, for people who has physical work, reading a book or watching a movie would be better than physical exercise, which would like another kind of hard work for them.
Furthermore, exercise is relative but not absolute, both mental and physical relaxing are good relaxation if they are used appropriately. If the person who engages in hard physical work also have physical exercise everyday like others who sit in the office for all day, it would be very tired for their body and may result in injury. On the other hand, for those don not need to move their arms and legs in their work, only reading books and watching movies for relaxing would make it harder to keep fit. Hence, watching movies, reading books or physical sports suit different people in different situations.
In the final analysis, it depends on different kinds of work when people consider which kind of rest to have, and only the right choice will really help people relax.
