Singapore 7.12 F-1 pass

九点钟到的，排到了39号，可能是周一的缘故，人不少。
3个签证官都在，就像大家形容的：3号高个年轻人，声音比较大，语速有点快；4号声音有点小，我在他那签的；5号是个年纪大的，说得比较慢，清楚。

叫到号，上去，先按手印。

V:you have been rejected for four times before?
M:Last year
V:(looking the last page of my passport) Jun in Sg, 3 times in Beijing.
M:Yes
V:（looking my B-1 visa in the passport)
V:what is your highest degree?
M:Master of Eng. from NUS
V: (write on I-20)
V: So you want to take PhD in US?
M: Yes, to study for PhD in Univ. of XXX
V:(write on I-20)
V:how long have you been here?
M:three year, I'm PR(permanent residence).
V:When you got your Master degree?
M: I got the certification this year.
V:When, June, July?
M: in May.

M:I beg your pardon?
V:You are the research officer in NUS, what is your job about?
M:Most of my work is to maintain several instruments and do experiment for users, at the same time do some research work on XXX
V:(during my speaking, he push out some of my files, which shocked me a little)
V:what kind of instruments? (申请B-1时那个３号也问了同样的问题）
Ｍ：such as YYYY.
V: ok, you will get the visa from the agent in a couple of days.
M: thank you.

昨天，看到两个ＳＭＡ的，在我前面，很可惜被拒了，好像。
我发挥得也不是很好，蛮紧张的，不过，感觉ＰＲ在新加坡还是很重要的，签证官给我签证时，好像很不情愿的样子。
