51"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."
When reviewing our every steps of studying, most of us could remember the tough time, although being weary of them, in order to pass the exam or get the very score and get the oppertunity for the deep education, we all work from the dawn to the dark, trying our best to crack the troublesome mathematic, physics, chemistry, with lots of rebundant equiotions. Nowadays, after several years' learing, we come to the every position of the socity. It is possible that most of our work are not closly correlated to those basic subject, yet we have already been the indispensable part of our society. Therefore, can we describe our education career with the color of blue?
Any authority in education will put the interest ahead whenever referring to the fostering of the talent. In fact, the interest refers to a person's a psychological inclination on probing into a certain thing and being fond of certain activities actively which reflects people's alternatives attitudes to the objective things. If a person in a certain thing, they will look for answer positively. Interest can let people put forward a lot of issues, and urge them to look for the answers to these questions. In this way, the less fuzzy, the more confident. Meanwhile, interest can have one concentrating on something. The more we focus on something, the higher efficiency can we attach. In addition, the interest is always the direction of study whose importance lies in that people can put forward more concrete study goal; it is easy to obtain achievement and fulfillment from study. While our student engages in the field which enthralling them, they always achieve great success no matter what blocks the way to the truth.
Nevertheless, the professional educator may notice the fact that the study orientation decided by the interest is sometimes premature. Frist of all, the interest has different meanings in different phases of the education. Especially for the adolescent student, interest always equals the enthusiam. The time focusing on one thing they prefer to is limited, and the frequency they change their favorite is high. Today is the applied mathematics, tomorrow is the computer science, and how about the day after tomorrow? If our courses bases on our student's interests totally, how can we follow the paces of our running and aimless youth. Then, experiece will tell our teacher how we can foster the talents available for our society. It is the teachers' responsibility to draw the blueprint for our students. They know the fundemental ability our youth should hold for the surviving in the society and even to be the top one among the peers. Assuming that a person who is tired in maths, then how can he be the millionare checking the amount how much he own?

Actually, with a view to macro scope, the goal of the education is providing groups of talents of enough quantity, high quality, who specialize in every braches and field of the society necessarily. For the balance of the whole, there should be the scientists, teachers, nurse, soldiers, farmers, workers and so on, who contribute to the great progress of our society. In addition, with a view to micro scope, education conduces to the mature of the world view and the values of the individuals. With the accumulation of the knowledge, whether academic or not, we are easier to treat with those tough troubles seeming before and spurns those unapt habit such as anxiety, impatience. Therefore, whatever the method focuses on-the needs and interests or the opposite, so long as we can get the final goal from the macro scope or the micro scope, it is the very way our society seeking for.
