The statement above suggests that education should not be ignored everyone's needs and interests in order to have more effective effects. Of course, everyone prefers to receive the education which they like. However, it is nearly unrealistic since the interests of each student would be various. So  it is unable*（impossible） to meet everyone's needs.

Admittedly, we can get wonderful（Tremendous） effects if our education is specifically designed to meet each needs and interests of each one. And many educators have already tried their best to accomplish this goal, but few achieve this. We can imagine that fewer people would commit to crimes if they received good and suitable education, because it can provide them a good job and future. Nevertheless, there are still many criminals and the rate is remained high, which suggests that
there are a lot of people cannot find a good job and a reasonable aim.?? It is possible that they find the education is too hard to understand 教育学是很难懂的学科, or that they can achieve little from？？ it.

However, the contemporary educators are unable to satisfy everyone's request even though they have done a lot of efforts. If it is done？, there may be lower rate of escaping from schools than before. On the other hand, education to some extent is served to certain monarchs in the history and to contemporary needs of society. Thus, the governments and monarchs may consider little about the individual needs and interests of each student rather than their own demand and willing. If this is the case, the education condition will never change in the future.

Furthermore, we are in a  century and world full of competitiveness, which means that you might be lost if you are not more competitive than others. Finally, education is a public product which faces the needs of masses including the private schools. It should be satisfied to the majority of people. It means that it will be unequal for people in part in order to pursue more marketing demand and the most needs of masses. To resolve this problem the small proportion of people can employ private teachers to serve their individual needs and interests. And some people who are not rich enough to employ private teachers can also study by themselves through the internet and public libraries. There are many successful examples in the history, such as Newton, Einstein and so forth. In the business field, there are also many such examples, such as Taylor --the father of scientific management. Edison became an eminent scientist and entrepreneur.

In sum, in order to achieve the education success we may spend a large expenses which we cannot provide. Even if we are willing to spend it, we may meet little result at the end. However, the statement is correct in some respect that teaching student by satisfying their interests may meet a better effect.
