             We are recommending your acceptance to the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York for the Fall 2009 semester of the academic year 2009-2010 to pursue a program of studies leading to the degree of Master of Science.  This admission is pending final review of your application and determination of your eligibility to receive the official documents necessary for a Student Visa by the Office of International Admissions.

The following web site: http://studentresponse.buffalo.edu/news/newgradstudents.shtml will provide you with all of the latest information about centralized services related to registration, obtaining a UBCard, accessing your UB IT name and email address, immunization requirements, etc.

            You will be notified by April 15 if you are a recipient of a teaching assistantship.

            All foreign students must submit adequate financial documentation (dated within one year of intended enrollment) to receive their I-20s.

            We would appreciate your completing the enclosed Statement of Intent and returning it to this office no later than April 1, 2009.

有没有人知道这个Statement of Intent是干什么的？我看意思好像是问你到底去不去，但是4.1之前就要给他们啊~

这个可以晚点寄，只要你来得及签证并且不怕寄两次麻烦，我的专业必须申的时候就寄所以一早寄了
