In university, students should take the history courses no matter what field they study in. (1.5h/318字)
The speaker alleges that studying history is valuable for varied colleague students. I hold the agreement of that statement.
To begin with, learning about the great abundance history provides the link of literature and science. For example, art students pursue diversity articles might get easier to comprehend the events described in the masterpieces; and science students might be encouraged by conveniences that modern technology bring about, which will profoundly affect that students' everyday life-in school and beyond.
In addition, trial-and-error of past can teach us as a society how to cheerful today's life. For instance, huge amount of wars in China united in history apply lesson to us, that we should cheerful about the peaceful life we have in this era. Even for student pursue physical science, studying historical examples of persistence belief in science can provide motivation and interests to face confusions in researching.
Finally, it might be tempting to imply from someone's allegation that studying history has little relevance even for the mundane chores, say our majors, that occupy so much of our time every day, and therefore is for little value. However, quote for Goethe's saying that:" you will never have what you like until you learn to like what you have", from history we learn not to take everyday activities and things for granted. History taught us fully appreciate our freedom to go about our daily lives rather than only by understanding political heritage, in this way, we can serve to elevate our everyday chores to richer, more interesting, and more enjoyable experiences, that definitely benefit to the degeneration of college-suicide accidents.
In sum, I strongly keep my countenance that colleague students should take history courses--from our grandest to our most rote--history can inspire, inform, guide, and nurture. Further more, history studying obliges to gain the capacity to be more human, which I could be hard--pressed to imagine a worthier one.
