港科offer？

以下是港科ECE系的小米给俺发过来的邮件，大家帮忙瞅瞅这是港科通常意义上的offer吗？conditional offer需要补齐啥东西才能转为offer？俺只有一篇二作SCI，会不会让补齐一作SCI才能录取呢？
另外，港科只给第一年10个月的，以后的看情况，请问各位虫友，是不是一般情况下都会给续的？万一不给续了可读不起这个博士了。万分感谢！
