1. 承认对extreme human behavior的反映可以体现社会稳定性,,极端行为如果不加以控制可能会导致严重的后果（犯罪）
2. 但同时必须认识到，极端行为可以反映出社会的一些问题（犯罪率升高由于经济不景气，失业率增高导致）其实出现extreme human behavior就说明社会稳定性存在问题
3. 因此，仅仅对极端行为惩罚并不能保证社会的稳定，而应该根据所发生的极端行为，找到症结所在，积极解决

1.        Some kinds of extremes of human behavior, concerning how they would impact, jeopardize, or even destroy the stability of a society, should be controlled, punished, and eliminated for the respect of general interests. {terrorists, cults, and propaganda for violence, death, and imperial resurgence}
2.        However, since no individual would act without a drive from his/her immediate surroundings, extreme behaviors sometimes – if not in most cases – reflect disadvantages of the society. {parade, demonstration, and violent crime during certain historical periods}
3.        In essence, what should be identified first is how the causal society-individual relationship goes. That is, the two elements in this circle tend to mutually impact each other.
