With rapid technological improvement, many new things have been invented, such as televisions and computers, which brought us so many benefits on both society and ourselves. Nowadays, there are many traveling programs which are aiming to lead us around beautiful places by showing us very lively and directly pictures as we were been those places. However, tourism is still very popular and the trends will go on. I agree with the speaker’s former assertion that television and worldwide computer connections have something to do with our traveling, while tourism will still play an important role.

The television and worldwide computer connections have some benefits. First, the main function is the ability to show us around the places where we have never visited by their lively pictures and satisfied our desire of viewing those places, especially those places where we cannot reach now, such as the outer-space. Second, from those kinds of programs, we can acquire the information about which place is attracted us most, what we can do in that place, how we can arrive there. For people cannot go everywhere that he wants, we can choose the favorite place to have a tour and acknowledge enough information before go there. It can save much time for us. The role played by television and computer are really important.

However, there are also many shortcomings that the television and computer have. First, the main one is that we cannot feel by ourselves the actual environment the place has. We cannot feel the fresh air. We cannot hear the sound of water running. We cannot touch the beautiful flowers, trees. We cannot climb up the mountain to enjoy the feeling of standing at the top point. There are many things and feelings we would lose if we only saw the programs in which it is them not us enjoyed those happiness. Second, watching television and computer would do harm to our eyes while have a tourism among nature will do benefit to our healthy. We cannot sit in front of television and computer for a whole day that will make us feel so tired, while we can feel better if we stay in nature for long time.

Having tourism can benefit us so much, such as, we can know enjoy beautiful and natural environment, learn knowledge about the geography and local culture, cultivate our moral characteristics, and so on. Moreover, we can make friends with many people, including those who go along with you and the local people, who may be your close friends after the tour. And during the tour, we can improve our ability to communicate each other, tolerate other people's shortcoming, compromise each other, all of which will contribute to our whole life so much. Go for a tour is not a simple mean of play but a more important way to develop ourselves on both the knowledge and ability.

Nevertheless, having tour is also having many limits. For one thing, we cannot go to the outer place even if we all very hope. For another, every tour will costs much money no matter how far it would be, and the fiscal ability would limit the possibility to make traveling come true. Moreover, go out for traveling bears many dangerous, such as traffic accidents, floods, sideslips of mountains, and so on. The three would render the importance tourism give us.

To sum up, both the television and worldwide computer connections style and tourism style have advantages and disadvantages that we cannot conclude hast that which one is more important and which one will take the place of the other. We can just say, both of them are the two way for us to enjoy the nature, to enjoy ourselves.
