我的Decline 解决过程

奇怪了！
我也是送了6所学校，可是收到的信是这样的：

Our records indicate that the US$114 credit card payment you submitted to the TOEFL program was declined.  Your score record is on hold and no additional services will be processed until your account is paid in full.  

You may submit your payment of US$114, which includes a declined credit card fee of US$20*,  by money order or a check made payable in US dollars to ETS-TOEFL. Please mail your payment to:

Payment by credit card cannot be accepted.

* All declined credit cards and returned checks are assessed a $20 service fee.  This fee is added to the original amount due.  This information  is listed on page 6 of the TOEFL Information Bulletin under Fees for Tests and Services.

从ETS收到楼主的汇票 到成绩解冻 用了12天啊~
我的汇票ETS是12月12日签收的 但是到今天还没有给我解冻
我已经快没有耐心了
