Dear Andrea M. King:

I am so sorry to get the news that you will not accept GRE CAT score. Though, I still get confused about such action that takes place in my once beloved University in Philadelphia, where in 18th century, the Declaration of Independence was agreed on in USA history. But now, I doubt about my respects to all the above.
