frankly speaking(可以省略) ,I disagree with the opinion that to be a member of a group is better than to be the leader of a group. Although to be a member has its own advantages(这是不符合语法地), I would also(also 去掉 ) prefer to say( perfer to一般不这样表达的) that it is better to be the leader of a group. The reasons are chiefly as follows

Firstly, being the leader of a group, we(和前面的分词短语不一致) could achieve more practice to reinforce our ability to deal with various different kinds of matters. As we know, a leader has to concern with the most of things, such as to make decisions from time to time, to try his/her best to find solutions to sorts of problems they confront frequently, to carefully plan the group’s schedule about either short-term group meetings or long-period group activities, etc. Undoubtedly, all these can add up to a leader with excellent experiences in his/her memory and certainly can gradually improve his/her leadership ability.  (整段都应该注意主谓以及分词搭配要一致)

Secondly, to be the leader of a group will bring one numerous positive concrete knowledges that those being a member in a group will never enjoy. For instance, a leader should learn to lead others, get along well with others. Thus, as a leader, he/she will eventually learn how to efficiently communicate with others. Moreover, a leader should get the quality to consciously be responsible to the results when carrying out a task in a plan, as well as the members’ complete security. Therefore, being a leader, he/she will easily get the sense that everyone factually has their own responsibility.

Finally, I concede that to be a member in a group has its own advantages, like having a relatively easy and leisure life, no pressure of worrying about other members’ deeds, enjoying so much freedom and not necessarily subordinating the leader. However, comparing the reasons concerned with above, I will still stick to the notion that to be the leader of a group benefits one much more than to be a member does. In short, I believe, anyway, it is better to be the leader of a group.  

(错误不一一指出了,需要先自己检查语法错误,说一下大体的毛病,如果在规定时间内写这么多内容,在下面的练习里应该注意语言的条理,...因为读起来感觉不流畅,举的例子衔接应该加强)

自个觉得语法上，在句子结构方面不会太错，不过可能在一些词语的用法上面会有些错误，呵呵，但是自己查不出来。。。
我接下来会练习在30分 ...

可以用,但是 perfer to 表示比较, 而后面的 又是一个含有than 的表比较的从句,所以我认为不是很好... 建议改为 I believe 之类的...
