A.appease

查MW,startle的第二层意思是:: to frighten or surprise suddenly and usually not seriously
appease: to bring to a state of peace or quiet
lull:1 : to cause to sleep or rest :
    2 : to cause to relax vigilance <were lulled into a false sense of security>

当K=1时 ,48.42=n/100
K=2时,24.42=n/50
K=3时,0.42=3n/100,n=14→k+n=17,选A

-------------------------------
72.42=k(24+n/100)

startle: to move or jump suddenly (as in surprise or alarm)
