Do you think success is important, or it is more important to remain happy and optimistic when you fail?

Success and the attitude towards success is the eternal issue among the history of human beings. A tremendous quantity of people who hold that success is so important that remaining happy and optimistic plays a minor role when talking about success assert that successe is the eventual goal after hardworking. However, as for me, the attitude when you fail to succeed worth much more praise and focus.

It is always top of my list that success is transitional and temporary while the optimistic attitude stands forever. Tomas Edison’s astronomical failure comes out the present bright and light every night; Wright brother’s incomputable abortive experiments bring about the flying possibility from one city to another; Alexander Bell’s thousand failing attemption gains the convenient connection between people far away from each other. Owing to the optimistic attitude when these inventor accounted to the inmeasuable failure, otherwise we might have not had the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful inventions. As for each normal person, small success may comes easy, while, only if we remain happy and optimistic when we fail can we obtain much and hugger success in the future.

Secondly, the attitude towards failure is a symbol of self-confidence. The so-called reputation “success” is honored by others but the person by whom the real inner power and self-confidence should be inspired is you but not anyone else. What is the real inner power? Probably as a result of success, you receive many respect from others, but you know you are not so excellent as they believe because this remind you of one small fault still waited to be solved during the process. Or, timing is not so proper and you could not become the lucky star. Naturally, many people holds that you are a loser. But you do not lose heart because you understand the distance to the top one and the specific reasons of failure. More ever, the resolvents combined with resolution are in your heart and you feel optimistic though you fail in that you know winning the battle of failure you will become more mature and powerful.

An equally essential factor which deserves people’s attention is that life itself encapsulates not only success but also failure so we could not only know success is important but also learn how to face the failure. And the latter is apparently more challenging and essential. Take my little brother for example. He once failed in an exam and my uncle scolded him. He was told that he must success in the next exam which was so difficult that he had no choice but to cheat. How I wish my uncle could have analyzed carefully for my little brother and given more encouragement to him so that my brother would have more confidence not only in the exam but also in his own life in the future. Just like one philosopher once said, you could not be successful but nobody would deprive you of the right to be happy and optimistic towards life.

From what have been mentioned above, it is not difficult to assert the conclusion that success is not so essential when comparing with the optimistic attitude when you fail. Thanks to this attitude, we learn how to live a high quality life.

记录一下直到今天自己口语和作文的问题：作文论述结构和逻辑不coherent,口语总是不太流利，说了例子没说论点。。。Conversation给建议的，细节总是不够。

第一段：

Every time这个句式比较Chinglish，可以考虑When it comes to…；which course would be selected改为which courses to select更为自然；in the beginning of改为at the beginning of更贴切；things改为options比较好；usual用得很突兀；highly后面接likely而不是possible，我猜你想用的应该是we are likely to…吧；without less effort和你想表达的意思是相反的；former ones也很奇怪，明明是给出两个option，不知道你这里的ones指代什么；as following reasons改为for the following reasons较好。

第二段：

to support my point多余；it is the practical knowledge and skills rather than top grade are the most crucial things we have to achieve during the college这个强调结构缺少成分，少了个强调句的标志that，during the college不等于中文的“在大学期间”，用at college就可以了；burden这句，如果你不确定前面用什么动词，可以变一下句式，people move on with burdens；harder work，可以考虑challenging tasks；expand the chance这句可以改为which means that there is a good chance that we would enter famous companies, earn desirable pay and gain social status/prestige；told to me是不对的，原型是tell sb. Sth,；the payment in your college life would be repaid to yourself ten times back when you step into the society, so just don’t choose something everybody are capable to accomplish, but what is so hard that most people would not like to do这句除了chinglish的问题之外，还有everybody is capable of的问题，还有so hard that这句，可以考虑too hard for sb. to do的句式；more payment back和上句重复，可以考虑a higher salary，endeavor是可数名词，要加复数。

family这句也是Chinglish的问题，可以考虑改为When you are at school, …;and when you leave school,…的结构；take the assignment your boss ordered搭配不对，可以考虑用assign tasks to sb.的句式；no matter it is comfortable or sufferable，表述有问题，可以考虑用easy or hard替换那两个形容词；it would much likely to be the latter ones第二次出现指代问题；This work may cost 10 hours per day to visit your customers or lock you in the office until every late night to make design of a new product：cost用在这里不对，搭配是it takes sb. sometime to do sth.，lock you in the office的表述有点夸张，every late night应该是late every night，make design of直接用design就可以，或者用make a design for；because your family must have food, your children need to go to university and you parents need money to go to hospital in case直接说you have to raise your family就可以了；in the campus改为in campus，to learn可以去掉；Thus, they would be quicker to adopt this competitive society你是想说they would be quick in adapting to the society?

第四段：

a part of students改为some students；not as mature as adults are里面的are去掉；compell就是force sb. to do sth.的意思，所以forcibly多余；task是可数名词，所以too much应该改为too many；To those students应该改为as for those students；be encouraged to selected这里面select应该用原型；challenging and difficult courses两个同义词，用一个就可以；becoming depression in应该是becoming depressed in（你好像不会用depress这个词）；最后一句看不懂。

第五段：

train you becoming这个搭配是错的，正确搭配是train sb. to do sth.；as long as the potential danger, losing confident or being depression, is protected from.这句很奇怪，而且losing后面应该是confidence、being后面应该是depressed。

今天  很抱歉Brainstorm迟到
虽然大家折腾了一个小时的语音聊天  才能成功  但是  没有觉得浪费时间
双击“再战12.5”的文件夹  有我们从开始备考以来每天的付出与信息反馈
也会在GAOFEI说我的作文结构没有逻辑时“愤恨”  也会在BAOBAO评价我的口语不够流利时暗暗下决心
你们是我没有见过面的战友  却更是支持我一直走向彼岸的动力

还是习惯赖床  还是讨厌跟读听力 却也还是坚持每天上交作业与悉心审批
不知道是GAOFEI乐观的情绪 还是BAOBAO热心的品性
让我觉得没有太多考试的负面压力

只希望12月5号考场上的发挥
见证我们的付出和友谊~
