First of all, the lecturer think that team work may be unjust for the team members.

我自己的文章逻辑出了很大的问题，所以又马后炮地分析了一下，我觉得应该是这样：
1.每组都有免费搭车者，当项目完成时，这些人享有同等的嘉奖，recognition落在整组，不单独提名，会搞得真正贡献的人很不爽，这reading相反。
2.Another finding was有些项目进行很慢的（不像reading说的quickly）,这是因为需要开好多会才能最终取得一致见解.
3.On the otherhand，也有证据表明，当一两个有影响力的人做决定放弃某方案时，大家都不多想，就听他们的。还有一种情况就是这一两个influencer说服大家做某个有创意的方案，这时，尽管有个别组员提醒大家这么做有风险，也会被无视。结果就是，失败的后果要所有人来承担。

所以楼主的第三论点有点偏。个人意见，大家讨论哈。
