According to the content of the issue,the speaker asserts that the essence of personal economic success rests on conformity although nowadays the scale of general people gives a lurch to individuality.However I agree with the issue with concession.That is to say,in my opinion,
individuality and conformity are not necessarily unreconciliatory but can share the same status as the crucial factors to personal success.

Firstly,we have no right to overlook the influence of individuality in many facets of our successful cases.In the realm of business,it is always those who dare to take the risk in the fields which most of the general are not favor and throw away the unnecessary fetter that can reap
the most profits of the investment.They refuse to follow the general footprints,which leads to their final success.What's more,in some area where requires spirit of innovation,creation,which embodies individuality, opens up brand new path that expands possibilities of humanbeings.Art and science are the fields in point,both of which requires people discover remarkable from trivialness and make them unconventional.Let's take a look at the example of Van Gogh and Einstein,the creation of impressionism and the theory of relativity,which was proved to be the most splendid contribution to our aethetic judgement and the advancement of the science,could not be understood by people at that time because the thought of those "giants" had transcended the knowledge of contemporary so that they could only rely on themselves.Thus individuality plays a key role on one's way to success.

While,however,talking about individuality,we should absolutely not let conformity pass without attention,which also contribute significantly to
personal success.Through cooperation,the goal of consensus and optimal distribution of the resource can be attained,which eventually leads to
success.On the one hand,people can obtain benefits reciprocally from each other through teamwork and mutual learning so that the situation of win-win can be realized.On the other hand,by gatherring informations,we could utilize the advantages of everyone in order to strengthen the power of our group when we are faced to huge difficulty.Moreover,in the modern society,various regulations and policies,including official laws and moral judgement,function unviolatedly in order to maintain the normal pattern of our dailly lives.This needs the sense of conformity of everyone,without which our society would plunge into chaos.

As to comprehensively treat this problem,the most crucial method is that we should focus on both individuality and conformity.When personal ability combines perfectly with the collective,we can reach the sumit of the success.As a basketball fan,I would turn to the example of basketball game concerning the collaboration of the star and the other common players.Chicago Bulls would have not won their six nba trophies without the excellent leadership of Micheal Jordan,while without the assistant of his teamates and his spirit of team work,Micheal would have not won his six champion rings and finally entered the hall of fame.The success of Microsoft is another case in point.As the leader of the world's computer industry,Microsoft rests the brilliant individual sparks of creation on the premise of conformity to the demands and needs of the market and customers.The Office and Windows series,which is easy to use and have user-friendly interface,have presented in front of us the best combination of individuality and conformity.

To sum up,only with the personal endeavor and individual innovation,collective can obtain spark of creation,and with the assistant of the group,individual can attain more successful achievement.Concequently,both individuality and conformity deserve no omission.
