From my point of view, I disagree with nice looks as well as dresses which remain more critical on the way to the success. Nowadays, an increasing number of people focus on their own appearances such as dresses and looks, which may lead to success in the particular occasion. However, it does not stand for the milestones of all the accomplishment.

Firstly, a creative thought is able to invent a tremendous and eternal success. For example, when it comes to management of one company, the superficial looks such as delicately decorated offices, first-class cars and well-dressed employees resemble the magnificent outward appearance. They are not the key elements , whereas advanced concepts and ideas to run a firm in order occupy an significant place during the process of achieving persistent successes, for they play a essential part for companies to operate well and continuously. One good idea, to some extent, could make a team survive on in the fierce competition of modern market.

Secondly, not everyone could gain good looks and clothes. It has already been acknowledged that not every successful person exhibits impressive appearance, but they are surely possessing brilliant talent or outstanding wisdom leading to their own triumph. Especially for a girl, since she grows old with days going by, beautiful face no longer exists and all left for her charming is the soul and captive thoughts.

Thirdly,let me turn back to the definition of the success.Sometimes in a job interview, well-dressed image and fresh looks undoubtedly bring you higher score,however, what employers underlined most lies on your ideas and plans for this company or coperation.These are also basic principles for a sucessfull interview.

Overall it is the good idea or thought that could lead to a success more than the good looks or dresses. As the reasons provided above, I definitely stand by the the latter one from my experience.
