32，A school or college should pay its teachers at the same rate in all disciplines,regardless of differences in
salaries for related fields in the world outside of school.For example,entry-level teachers in mathematics and in the arts should receive the same pay,even if outside of school,math specialists earn a much higher salary on average than do specialists in the arts.
1)  同意平均，因为差异可能使得学生对某些薪水低的科目不重视，还造成歧视问题；
2）同意平均，因为不同的科目，如果扩展到科学领域，都给人类社会带来了财富；
3）同意差距，因为平均在历史上证明阻碍发展，在市场经济体制下不适用，差距会激发创造力；过大的差距不利于社会稳定


I agree with the speaker's assertion that a school or college should pay its teachers at the same rate in all
disciplines regardless of differences in salaries for related fields in the world outside of school.However,the
speaker unnecessarily ignores the adverse effects of the action.I would supply evidence to demonstrate my viewpoint of the issue in the following below.

To begin with,the same rate in all disciplines between school or college teachers will guarantee an equal status
between those teachers.Because a lower salary for art teachers might results into a discriminate against
art class or give students an illusion that art class is not as important as math class or some other natural classes.In addition,both the teachers teaching math and arts classes working hard in their situation,so we should demand a salary euality between these diverse disciplines.When broaden the different classes to related areas,both math and arts contribute a lot to our society.Take the example of Euler,he was the most outstanding mathematicians in the eighteenth century,and also one of the most greatest
mathematicians in history,he had been reputed as the embodiment of analyze.The famous Polish pianist Artur
Rubinstein had produced many Pianos in his lifetime therefore brought a lot of pleasure to humans.It is hard to compare the two famous people about whose work is more meaningful.From this aspect,a school or college should pay its teachers at the same rate in all disciplines regardless of differences in salaries for related fields in the world outside of school.

What's more,excessive stress egalitarian will impede the development between different fields.Moderate discrepancies on salaries of the various disciplines would motivate creativity.There was aborted lessons in the history of China.At that time,chairman Mao developed an organism to propel China's improvement,he appealed for egalitarian in society in spite of different classes and different parts of Chinese people.At that time,all the people got an equal return no matter how much they offered,therefore the condition
of society decrease repidly.Not until a new policy carried out had the society recovery to its former situation and improve little by little.Same experience can be a sign warn for different classes in school or college.Egalitarian is doomed to undermine the enthusiasm of those who contribute more to the college.In the market economy nowadays,egalitarian is not applicable in most situations,and we must admit the
diversity of talents and  academics among the different classes.

There are still several other aspects relevant to the issue under discussion,which,unfortunately,I have no time to explore in detail.But the reasons discussed above should to a large extent justify my assertion that take the nuance of various disciplines into consideration,different payment of teachers on diverse classes is necessary,but too much gap would results in disadvantage of the society's develop.A large paying gap in and outside of school would leads community's unsteadiness.
