求助，UCB发来邮件问我要Verification Reports怎么处理？

完全不知道他要我干什么……///一头雾水……

邮件全文如下：
Unless your university is one of the few that are administered independently from the Ministry of Education and will send transcripts directly to our office, we request that Verification Reports be sent directly from either the China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center or the China Higher Education Student Information & Career Center for all transcripts, degree certificates and graduation certificates.

This additional step is necessary because it is the best way we can guarantee authenticity of transcripts, since most universities in China do not offer a direct mailing service to US institutions. Without the Ministry's Verification Reports, it will take us much longer to evaluate your academic records, and we want to prevent any delays in getting your admission decision to you as quickly as possible.

Because this is a relatively new requirement for applicants from China, we will likely be somewhat lenient this year. If you have already sent your transcripts, please arrange for the Verification Report to be sent to our office by Monday, January 25.

我是把学校开的成绩单，中文版和学校官方翻译的英文版一起，敲了学校教务处的章封好，和我的推荐信什么的一起寄过去的，然后昨天突然收到那么一封莫名其妙的邮件……他要我干嘛？

这是教育部发展中心的网址
上面由学位、成绩单认证的服务，有电话
打过去预约，按要求付款、寄材料，注意写报告邮寄地址的时候直接写Berkeley的地址

如果不加急，报告出来要20个工作日，他们效率很低，不可能比20天快多少
如果办加急，好像是5个工作日

LSAC出具的报告里也会给出成绩评估和学位说明，这种verification letter是以前没听过的。假如所有大陆地区的大学生出国都要找教育部认证中心开个认证报告，可想他们要发大财了，最后就是学生既要给学校成绩单办公室交钱，又要给教育部交一笔认证费用，但是对于申请美国大学的结果却是没有什么帮助。LSAC也要求大学直接寄成绩单过来，找这个机构认证其实就是把大学成绩单办公室该尽的义务转移过去了而已。
