The author asserts that all nations should help support the development of a global university which can engage students to solve the world' most persistent social problems. I agree that it is essential to develop a global university to solve some global problems. However, should all nations take part in the development of such a global university?

First of all, developing a global university can play favorable impacts on solving of some global problems along with the development of our global world. Nowadays, every nation is indispensable in the world and has its special role in the world which leads more cooperation among different nations in the world. For instance, global warming has become a global problem. In November 2009 in Gebenhagen a meeting was held about the global warming problems which proposed some suggestions such as how to lessen the pollution of the world. If there is a global university which engages students to solve this kind of global problems, it will be beneficial to the world.

Secondly, it is essential for all nations to support the development of a global university? I doubt about this. The situation is so varied such as social system, financial supply, education policies that some nations especially small and developed nations do not have enough energy and financial support for a global university. If a nation has it own serious social crisis to deal with and it is impossible or it becomes a burden for the nation to support a global university.

Admittedly, solving the world's most persistent problems requires nations all over the world to cooperate with each other. However,
if a nation wants to support the development of a global university, sufficient financial supply and a peaceful social environment is important
for the nation to promote the solving of the world's most persistent social problems.

From what has been discussed above, we can safely arrive in the conclusion that developing a global university is a good way to solve global problem which needs nations' cooperation in the world. However, a nation needs to consider its own power and energy about how to develop such a global university.

In this argument, the arguer concludes that Zoba will be highly effective in preventing recurrent ulcers and it can help prevent many first-time ulcers. He claims that a study of first-time ulcer patients who took Zorba suggests that Zorba actually helps prevent ulcers. To support his contention, he shows a study result that only 25 percent of those ulcer patients who took Zorba under a doctor's direction developed new ulcers, compared to a 75 percent recurrence rate among ulcer patients who did not take Zorba. The argument is flawed in several aspects.

One problem with the argument is that the arguer failed to give sufficient evidence to support the effective of Zorba.He only mentioned that Zorba pill was designed as a simple dietary supplement, so we can surely doubt if Zorba is effective as a ulcer pill. Perhaps it is only effective as a dietary supplement instead of as a ulcer pill.

Even if Zobra is effective to prevent the ulcer, it is unpersuasive about the study. In order to make the study in the argument persuasive, the arguer should provide more details about the study, such as how many frist- time ulcer patients took part in the study, and how serious of their ulcer is.

In sum, the arguer fails to convince me that taking Zorba can prevent new ulcer. To better make his argument persuasive, he should provide enough evidence of the effective of Zorba which can actually prevent the ulcer, and we need more information about the study to make sure that the study is reliable.

整篇的观点还是很清晰的，但是觉得各个观点似乎阐述的还是比较少，所以导致字数也比较的少。当然AW不追求字数，但是字数少还是反映了观点解释的不是很透彻~
