请高手帮忙看理解是否正确
“Nanocrystalline metals can be much harder than coarser-grain conventional metals, and their deformation mechanisms can subsequently change from that of dislocation slip to one in which there is deformation twinning that forms through stacking faults. This behavior has been seen in simulations of nanocrystalline aluminum, despite the high energy required to form stacking faults in this metal. Chen et al. now confirm these results and observed twinning in transmission electron micrographs when the aluminum grain size was small enough.“

Nanocrystalline（纳米颗粒的）金属比传统的coarser-grain（大颗粒的）金属要坚固。他们（这两类金属）的形变机理也相应的从dislocation slip变为stacking faults. 该机制在对nanocrystalline aluminum的模拟中得以体现，尽管在nanocrystalline aluminum中形成stacking faults需要更高的能量。Chen et al.证实了这些结果，还证实了当这些aluminum的颗粒足够小的时候，通过transmission electron micrographs（透射电子显微镜？）观察到的twinning(类似的形变？双晶?)。

首先, 做GRE阅读的时候不一定要每个单词都很精确的了解他的什么意思的.因为有时候它会牵扯到一些专业用语. 它考的其实主要是文章的段落结构,所以对于change from...to.... 你只要知道是从D变到S就好了. 做个标记,留个印象,下文再提到知道是怎么回事就好.

问答你的第一个问题, 理解的正确,至于翻译的是否精确不少专业词汇,我也不晓得.但对于G阅读,理解的是够了.

第二个问题, 只是对于G阅读,是没有必要翻译出来的.
                     如果你要其他方面的知识, 看看有没有别人会的,这方面偶不了解.

第三个个问题,同上.
