In this argument, the author in Deerhaves conclude that to raise the property value in Deerhaven ,we should make some restrictions on landscaping and housepainting.In order to suport the view,the author show that Brookville’ house value have tripled after adopt a set of restriction on housepainting and landscaping seven years later.At first galnce,the argument might he somehow resonable ,but close scrutiny reveals that it contains several unconvising asumptions and is therefore unpersusive.
At first,the author assume that the value of house tripled in Brookville is the result of the some restriction on landscaping and housepainting.However,this might not be the case,the author overlook other possible causese,such as there is lager population in Brookvill,so the demanding volume of house is biger than Deerhaves,so the value increase tripled in Brookville is due to the large amount of people not the restrictions.And perhaps the economic environment in Brookville is better than what is in Deerhaves,not only the value of house is tripled but also the resident’incoming,so the triple value of house in Brookville might be attribute not to the restriction but rather to other factors.Without rulling out other factors the author cannot convinse  me that the triple value of house is caused by restriction.
Even the triple value of the house in Brookvill is the result of the restriction the author assume too hastily that the price will continue to increase.Yet,the author offers no evidense to support it.It is perhaps that making some restrictions is the fashion among the president seven years ago,but the rstriction is out of fashion nowadays.And it is also perhaps that the fees that use for housepainting and landscapint afforded by the government and the resteicted house are used for hotel when there is large amount of tourious,but now the tourious is getting less and less.Without accounting for these or other possiblities,the argumrnt cannot consume that the price of house will cintunue to increase.
Even assuming that the value will be continue to increase,the author fails to consider possible difference between Brookvill and Deerhaves that might help to bring a different result for Deerhaves.For instance,the people living in Brookvill likes being restricted on housepainting and landscaping.But on the contrary,the resident are not willing to paint their houes like others.For that matter,the wound not buy the house in high price even in the original price.Therefor,without accouting for other possible dissimilarities,the author assume that what resulted in Brookvill bring about the same in Deerhaves.
Moreover,The author ignores the possible factors would increase the value of house even more.For example beutify the environment around the house will make the house more valuable.Without rulling out this possibilities,the author cannot justificably conclide that the restriction will increase the value of house in Brookvill.
In sum,the author ‘conclusion about in order to make the house more valuable the committee should adopt some a set of restrictions is not well suportes as it stands.To boster it ,the autor must prover more evidence,such as it is the restrictions caused the Brokvill’house more valuble,and the price of the house will continue to enhance now.
