我觉得题目中还有一个短语值得注意——“tend to”

–verb (used without object)

2. to be disposed toward an idea, emotion, way of thinking, etc.: He tends to be overly optimistic. Her religious philosophy tends toward pantheism.

我觉得乔版的归纳有点偏题，题目的关键是High-speed electronic communications media和meaningful and thoughtful 之间的关系，不能将他们分开来讨论。
我的具体观点是：
1.High-speed electronic communications media的成本低而且方便（正一和正三）所以：
  一方面：传递信息的质量有下降的趋势（例如博客，网络小说横行）
  另一方面：有创意，有深度的观点可以迅速得到传播
2.High-speed electronic communications media以图像声音为主（正二）所以：
  一方面：比传统方式直观，有利于产生观点的阐释（PPT等）

同意楼上的观点，但是我感觉对于楼上的总结
观点1 我觉得可以说成是信息的泛滥 正面

HIGH SPEED 正 节奏的加快，信息传递的进步，无形中加快了人们的思考速度，使之无法思考。

我还是支持你前面的的观点，我也是这么想的。只有说高速缩短了思考的时间，才有可能阻碍深入的思考。像你后面红色字所说的，传输速度快不等于内容短时间完成，但是内容经过很长的时间，着整个时间段所含的信息量之大，无法让人主动思考，只能被动接受。所以，我还是觉得，因为速度快，信息量大，接受了太多新的信息，然人们容易直接相信，而不是深思熟虑。
