51. "Education willbe truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individualneeds and interests of each student."   
教育只有被专门设计来满足每一个学生个人需求和兴趣的时候才是真正有效率的。

提纲:
        1. 部分同意作者观点,教育应该尽量符合学生的兴趣.但是不应该把符合学生的兴趣作为教育的唯一原则.
        2.符合学生兴趣的教育的确是有效的.(举例.居里夫人由于对物理和化学的兴趣使她取得了成就)
                    2-1 有了兴趣学生才会自主学习
                    2-2 有了兴趣学生在学习过程中的思考会更深入
        3.但是,完全按照学生兴趣进行教学是不现实的.
                    3-1 学生兴趣人人不同,难以兼顾.
                    3-2 有些必须掌握的知识学生不敢兴趣,但他们仍然需要学习.
        4.教育的本质是培养学生的创新能力,我们不仅要发挥学生的兴趣特长,也要培养学生各方面的兴趣.一个全面发展的学生对社会的价值是最大的.举例,爱因斯坦的母亲对爱因斯坦音乐方面能力的培养.
        5.综上,我们的教育应该既注重发挥学生的兴趣,又注重培养学生的兴趣,为社会培养有价值的人.


正文:
I agree with the speaker’s assertioninsofar as education will be effective when it meets a student’s interests.However, in my opinion, interests should not be placed as the only principle ofeducation.
Unarguably, education would be of greatefficiency when it meets one’s personal interest. For example, Marie Curie whowas a pioneer in the field of radioactivity had a great passion over physicsand chemistry which driven her to accomplish her research which included thecreation of a theory of radioactivity. The example also illustrates that it isthe interest that gives a person deep and serious thoughtfulness. Besides, astudent is always willing to study individually if he has interest over somesubject. In most cases, individual study is of great efficiency.
However, teaching students exactly whatthey are interested in seems to be an impossible thing. There are two reasonsfor that. Firstly, students may be totally different from each other. One mayhave great interest over astronomy while another’s favorite subject isliterature. In college they may pick courses as they want but a senior high schoolcan’t give attention to both because school may don’t have enough teaching resources.Secondly, to stir students’ interests of much basic knowledge which is requiredfor one’s further development may be a difficult task. If students abandoned suchknowledge, they may meet tremendous obstacle during their study afterwards. Ajudicious idea is no matter students are interest or not, they should learnwhat they need to get a comprehensive education.
Actually, the primary purpose for educationis to transmit democratic values, innovative ideas and cultivate learningcapacity rather than simply instilling information and knowledge. On one hand,our education should give student the chance to transform his interests toadvantages and on the other hand, our education should lay great emphasize onfostering students’ various interests. A well-rounded person always benefitsthe society most. In fact, Einstein’s mother, a talented pianist, ensured thechildren’s musical education which I believe has contributed Einstein’sscientific career much.
To sum up, in my point of view, interestsand fostering interests should be both concerned during one’s education so thateducation can prepare new generations of citizens in society.

现在我一是感觉我的语言太弱了,字数不够.而且虽然看了不少备考资料,但是还是不太清楚这样的提纲是否和要求,希望大家能指正!
