It is well-known that "No pain, No gain", people always describe that the successful behind secene was filled with tears and perspiration. There are several undoubted reasons to support people will feel happier when they finish a challenging or difficult work than they finish an easy work.
I still remember one of the gymnastic competitors' story in 2008 Beijing Olypics. She was not only an athlete from Germany, but also a mother of her baby.30 year old age was too old for a woman athlete in gymnastic competition, however, she attended the competition to earn money for her son's medical expenses.Much to the audiences' regret she only won a silver medal finally, she felt great achievement and the silver medal was valuable than gold medals she had already got, at the interview she said.
As a gymnastic athelete she was "old"
comparing with other20 year old age atheletes, and she was almost gave up the training since she had a baby. To stand again on the competition stage needs extraordinary strengh and courage. It was clear
to see that she made a great effort under the challenging and difficult work. That's why she appears to be much more happier than the winner of the competition.
When you read a news paper or watch a TV program, you can always easily find that people only celebrate that uneasy work. A tremendous result always gives explanations of its' substandard environment and the top notch process. This explains, people feel extreme happiness when they get through tough and stressful work. In other words, people might feel relived and happy when finish an easy work which cannot compare with the pleasure from the process of solving problems. Because challenging or difficult work often required more energy, time, patience and courage.
In conclusion, I strongly support the side that people will feel happier when they finish a challenging or difficult work than they finish an easy work.
It is well-known that "No pain, No gain", people always describe that the successful (success) behind secene was (is,陈述事实,没必要用过去时吧) filled with tears and perspiration (?).There are several undoubted reasons to support people will feel happier when they finish a challenging or difficult work than they finish an easy work.

In other words, people might feel relived and happy when finish an easy work which cannot compare with the pleasure from the process of solving problems.
