2.9 Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People should not pay to the public transportation.
There are times, we are distressed about the limited transportation and the crowded people. Everyday, mumerous people run wild to get on the packed public bus and the subway is also a fierce place that people fight to occupy a position. All of this scenes show that the public transportation play a pivotal role in people’s daily life, however it is also fail to satisfy people’s demand. Hence, I strong point out that it is really necessary that invest suffient money on transportation. Then people pay to the public transportation is a compulsory and obligatory responsibility.

In the first place, public transportation need enough money to improve their system. Paying to the public vehicle is an efficent way for the government to enhance the public transportation quality. Take my city BeiJing as an example, in these years, the subway has changed extraordinarily by government investment, which is just the tax from people and the tickt fee of subway. With this fund, the government invest to improve the speed of subway and the increasing munber of sunway routes are constructed. At present, the speed of subway is twice higher than in the past five years. People enjoy a better transportation system,in additon, the widespread subway system make people to go anywhere conventiently in the city. Hence, when we pay to the public transportation, the improvement of transportation benefits us also.

Futhermore, charge for the public transportation is an good manner to prevent crowded and unsafe factors from people. If the transportation is free, a bunch of people would gather in the public vehiles which lead to a heavy load for the transportation. In that way, the crowds would definitly draw the transportation to callasp since the overload. what is more, various people cluaster in the public transportation is difficult to control because that some thieves or burglars would have chance to gain advantage among people. In short, charge for public transportation is benefical to set up a good order and enhance security of people.

Based on all the fact previously stated, we may safely draw the conclusion that people pay to transportation would contribute to the transportation system constrution and guarantee the society security. Therefore, I am inclind to support the opinion that people charge for the public transpotation.
