"The way people look, dress, and act reveals their attitudes and interests. You can tell much about a society's ideas and values by observing the appearance and behavior of its people."

In this fast-paced life, we tend to judge others according to superficial features, such as their look, dress, act and so forth. It is too absolute to arrive at a comprehensive answer. As for the relationship between a society’s ideas and people’s behaviors, it is complex.
The complex world is full of various kinds of people who can not be easily evaluated merely according to their outer features. Their dress, appearance, act, character, the way they talk, all of them compose of every unique individual. Sometimes we can judge a person according to their external features. An outgoing youth may try different kinds of strange clothes while a shy one tends to have fewer types of clothes which is always not changeable. People in African countries are blacker than those in European countries. However, this is not necessarily the case. We can not always judge a person only through superficial observations. Take Van Gogh for example, supposing that you are a contemporary of him, in his later years when he was in rags and can not afford his daily commodities, you can not imagine that he is a great painter with extraordinary talents. Thus we cannot come to a hasty conclusion about people’s attitudes and interests just through external features.
A society’s ideas and values, serving as basic humanity principles which tells people what is right from what is wrong and plays a considerable role in maintaining the order of society, is almost stable in the past centuries. From ancient times to current days, it is deeply rooted in people’s minds. The ideas and values, with its great varieties, plays a predominant role in shaping people’s experience and beliefs. The life history of one individual is first and foremost an accommodation to the patterns and standards of his society’s ideas and values. Every country has his special holidays, religious beliefs, ceremonies, life habits, building styles etc. Everyone that grows up in his country will share them with his group, and no one on the opposite of the globe can ever achieve the thousandth part. So a society’s ideas and values determine people’s external features.
Also a society’s ideas and values are a mass of detailed behavior. With the development of society, human’s great changes can in turn have an influence on them. To be specific, women, no longer being housewives who confine to a narrow space, are more civilized and have more rights which bring more opportunities to them in achieving a better job. Having more free time to enjoy beautiful lives and the competition is more intense for everyone nowadays than in the past. The progress of technology, globalization, modernization, international cooperation, all of them(还是用which？) go beyond the imagination of ancient people. The ideas and values, which are not changeable, can also be influenced by people’s behaviors etc.
In sum, people’s attitudes and interests are valuated not only through their external features, but more important, by understanding a person in depth. A society’s ideas and values connect with people’s behavior tightly, they take an effect on each other and become a bright landscape of the world.

让自己的作文被改主要有以下几种途径：
1、参与/组建互助小组；
2、主动出击，到别人的习作中改别人的文章，然后留下连接请求回拍，绝大部分情况下版友都会很负责的回拍的；
3、斑竹定期会开习作修改铺，在里面占位置就可以让斑竹修改你的习作；
4、同主题写作时会规定参与的版友按照一定的回贴顺序进行互改；
5、坐等别人来拍，由于习作量很大，这种概率很小，所以效率也很低，建议不要采用。
