70 "In any profession -- business, politics, education, government -- those in power should step down after five years. The surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership."
在任何领域,商业、政治、教育、政府,掌权者都应该在5年任期后下台。对任何事业而言,取得成功最保险的途径就是聘用新生力量担当领导。

我的思路是这样的,首先是否定作者的论点,而后从领导权的变更对于人事,结构的坏的影响,第二是从老手的在这个领域的经验来谈的,第三个就是从实际的运作的角度来叙说老手的优势,比如军火商。


Should in any profession those in power step down after five years?The speaker claims so,for the reason that the surest path to success for any enterprise is revitalization through new leadership.In my observation I concede that the new leadership does spark an energy for those profession at certain stages,yet no matter what reasons,the old leadership benefits those enterprise more,as discuss below.



The first argument has to do with the affection of the alteration of the leadership.One new leader has his own ideology of how to manage and employ staff which might result in the change of policies and the whole contruction,which may lead to the un-continuity of the development of it.As we all know that the development of enterprise is chronic calling for insistent endeavors of its employees,including the leaders and the ordinary staff and workers.Consider the Federal Reserve Broad whose tenure of office is 14 years.Although long term of office might result in the low-revitalization and the overflow of power,even corruption,on the other side,the long term aims at the continuity of the national economy and the stable economic environment,the fact has proven that this long term does conduce to the development of economy,ensuring the execution of the uniform policies.Thus,under certain circumstances,we have to employ the olds even at the cost of low-revitalization to ensure the stable running of the enterprise.



The second argument has to do with the experience of the leaders.A leader holding longer tenure of office usually have more experience of management and more accurate sense of development of such profession than a new leader who primarily enters this enterprise.Any informed people would agree that the most efficient way to manage or act is to blend the leader’s own business knowledge and the experience acquired in the long-term working,adding the majesty of leader in the employees’ mind,In the meantime,the loser of the market are no doubt the failure of these two aspects.In order to thrive In the market,the enterprise must cogitate whether it’s worthy altering the leadership.For example,Steve Jobs and his Apple.From 1980’s when Apple was found on,he is the leader,Although there is no critic alternation in the leadership,the Apple remains amazing energy to lead the trend of development of IT and the standard of industry design.Its products are always mimicked by others.This example well supported that under certain situation,the experience was more important than the revitalization.



The third argument has to do with the ability of actual management of such enterprise.As we all know that one profession could not survive separately—let alone thrive,which needs the leader well deal with the interests of all sides.The ability of actual management of an old leader who was long-range in such a domain must excels that of a novice.Accordingly,inappropriate behaviors of novice who are not familiar with such rules might contradict the so-called accepted ideas,which
might jeopardize that survival of such enterprise.Consider the munitions mongers whose survive depends on the relationships to the goverrment.It is incontrovertible that a novice can not know how to contact with the government as well as a veteran,which might result in the deficient order for weapons because of the bad relationship to government..Hence,the revitalization is nothing comparing to the survival of it,Thus,new leadership is useless facing the interactive domains.



However,admittedly,the new leadership can spark a boon for some domains,because the news are not entrenched by the established conceptions and handle in their own ways which the olds lack of.Lucas and his Star Wars,which launched a huge wave among the science-fiction movie fans up till now,come immediately to my mind.He had no experience of directing large-scale films before he directed such films.Howver,the final outcome and income were much more outstanding than expected,astonishing the domain of film.In short,the news can surprise people and their business sometimes with the innovativeness.



To sum up,the news can inject a energetic animation to profession which can not be done by the olds,in the meantime,the new leadership can provide new ideas to the enterprise.While considering the disadvantages of the new leadership and the advantages of the olds,the best way to manage is to ensure the stability and the habits of such domains.

我思路一直不怎么开阔,对于有些题目的内涵分析的也并不到位,就是凭借着感觉来写,另外,比较喜欢否定一个题目,还请牛人们帮我看看这篇作文吧~issue真令人头疼,找不到很好的例子,关键是3.11就考试了,哭
