In the reading passage, the author believes that the pollution seems possible to lead to the declination of otter population based on three evidences, however, in the lecture, the professor casts doubt on the passage and she suggests that the hypothesis of attacking by predators seemed more likely.

To begin with, according to the passage, the sources associated with industrial chemical pollution, such as oil rigs, that present along the coast indirectly cause the death of otter. nevertheless, the professor argues that given they were affected by the pollution, there would be death body of the otter, but, in fact, there were none of them, the only explanation for this is that they were attacked by predators.

In addition, other sea mammal as well as the otter’s declination in this region, in the author's opinion, is caused by environmental pollution other than the predator. In contrast, the professor indicates that it is, in fact, the human being that prey these sea mammals.

Finally, referring to the uneven pattern of otter decline, the author holds that environmental factors, such as ocean currents, indirectly created it, meanwhile, the professor maintains that it's more possible due to the orca. Then he substantiate that since orca is large, the otter populations had a considerable change at the place where orca cannot get in, vice versa.

To sum up, the author and the professor conflict with each other in whether the declination of otter caused by pollution or predators.

In the reading passage, the author believes that the pollution seems possible to lead to the declination of otter population based on three evidences, 这里可以断开下,一般首句不建议写长however, in the lecture, the professor casts doubt on the passage and she suggests that the hypothesis of attacking by predators seemed more likely.

To begin with, according to the passage, the sources associated with industrial chemical pollution, such as oil rigs, that present along the coast indirectly cause the death of otter. nevertheless, the professor argues that given they were affected by the pollution, there would be death body of the otter, but, in fact, there were none of them, the only explanation for this is that they were attacked by predators。额。。

In addition, other sea mammal as well as the otter’s declination in this region, in the author's opinion, is caused by environmental pollution other than总觉得rather than用的多 the predator. In contrast, the professor indicates that it is, in fact, the human being that prey these sea mammals

Finally, referring to the uneven pattern of otter decline, the author holds that environmental factors, such as ocean currents, indirectly created it, meanwhile, the professor maintains that it's more possible due to the orca. Then he substantiate that since orca is large, the otter populations had a considerable change at the place where orca cannot get in, vice versa.5 U9 T# f1 w, K8 L
shallow and rocky areas 没提到。

To sum up, the author and the professor conflict with each other in whether the declination of otter caused by pollution or predators.

In the reading passage, the author believes that the pollution seems possible to lead to the declination of otter population based on three evidences. However, in the lecture, the professor casts doubt on the passage and she suggests that the hypothesis of attacking by predators seems more likely.

To begin with, according to the passage, the sources associated with industrial chemical pollution, such as oil rigs, that present along the coast indirectly cause the death of otter. Nevertheless, the professor argues that the fact, it is difficult to find any dead sea otters on Alaska beaches, weakens the pollution theory and consistent with the predator hypothesis.

In addition, other sea mammal as well as the otter’s declination in this region, in the author's opinion, is caused by environmental pollution instead of widely occurring predator, such as the orca, because the orca lives on such larger prey as whale. In contrast, the professor indicates that whales have disappeared in this area as a result of the human hunter; the orcas change their diet to survive. Consequently, it is probably that the orca prey these smaller sea mammals.

Finally, referring to the uneven pattern of otter decline, the author holds that environmental factors, such as ocean currents, indirectly created it, meanwhile, the professor maintains that it's more possible due to the orca predation. Then he substantiate that since orca is large, the otter populations had a considerable change at the place where accessible to orca and no decline in shallow and rocky locations where orcas can’t access.

To sum up, the author and the professor conflict with each other in whether the declination of otter population caused by pollution or predators.
Just do it!
