When referring to building up a global university, it is necessary in globalized world today. But because many problems such as making locations, doing researches, the development of this kind university is restrained.

Problems resulting by globalization need global university. Some problems such as global warming, pharmacy which need global scientists work together. Because global warming is caused by signal country but can affect every world and signal country always puts itself at the first place and ignore the whole world`s benefit, thus global university should be built to solve global problems. One problem can be solved is the environment pollution. By building a global university, every country can get together to solve it and make our earth a better future. The same condition happens in pharmacy. Because each country’s universities they benefit their own country people and restrain new advanced medicinal abroad, thus some countries which need this kind of medicine immediately are likely cannot get. If building a global university there would no individual researchers, every research results can enjoy each country together. That is the benefit of global university.

Also, a global university needs consider the researching of results can allocate equally. Supposing the condition, because the money invested on global university of every country is different, if a country who invested little money can got the whole results after researches, is not it equal? If the answer is yes, then why country would like to spend more money on it. Furthermore, base on the analysis, the spending less money countries always the poorest country, if the results will allocate equally, this poorest country would earn little from it, but the situation is some persistent problems are focus on these poorest countries, then how to deal with this complex relationship becomes a hazard question.

More problems are facing on building global university. For instance, the location for global university located. If the Europe asserts the global university should build on European country, the Chinese and American may oppose on it, the same disagreement will happened on building in other countries, so the location can hardly to get agreement. Another problem is doing what kind of researches. If researches are mainly focus on solving poorest countries problems, the developed country may find there is no necessary to invest on this university because they will benefit a little. Contrary to that, when happens to solve developed countries` problems, the poorest countries would resist.

In conclusion, the assertion seems having good perspective but actually hardly to built, because there are too many conflict faces on every country. Researcher results, locations and other problems are hardly to be solved between global countries.
