in the listening material, the professor maintains the point that selling and buying fossil in business is benefit for the society; nevertheless, the writer in the passage make a contradictory viewpoint that commercial fossil is negative for scientists and the public. There are several reasons in the following.

To start up, according to the reading material, the writer demonstrates that fossils would be seen by the public because they are collected by the private collectors. However, the lecturer challenges the writer's point and votes for that the public can visit the foils. In the contrast, the fossils which are be stored by the school or museum would be hardly enjoyed because it is difficult for the public to know the routine of the exposure of foils.

What is more, the passage holds the point that if the foils are stored by private collector scientists are likely to lose access to some of the most important fossils. Nonetheless, the lecture departs from the passage's point and insists that fossils selling and buying in the market would make the scientists acquire more crucial fossil and discoveries. Because when the private collectors want to purchase the fossil they firstly invite the scientist to verify the truth of the fossil, which can let scientists find whether this fossil is significant or not.

Finally, the writer makes the opinion that commercial fossil collector often destroy the valuable fossils, which differs from professor's idea that fossils in the university would loss the fossil's value. The professor says that it is more a terrible way to loss the worth of the fossils because the significance of the fossils is totally undiscovered in the university.

In conclusion, the professor draws the idea that fossils in the private collector would be benefit for the public, the scientists and the fossils themselves, which casts doubt down to the writer's opinion.

According to the lecture, the professor believe that the salvage logging is not a benefitial implement for the forest and the society, which cast doubt down to the passage opinion that salvage logging is good for the forest and the people. There are three reasons can support the viewpoint of the lecture.

To begin with, the writer maintain the point that salvage logging could provide more place for the new tree to grow. however, in the lecture, the professor challenge this point and argue that salvage logging would restrict the growth of the tree because the declay of the old tree could provide the nutrition to enrich the soil which is benefitial for the generation development.

What is more, the reading material hold the idea that the death of the tree would damage spruce trees in the forest. Neverthelss,  the listening depart from this idea and vote for that the dead tree would not damage the spruce trees since these tree have live there for 100 hundred years and adapt the environment of the dead tree. Also, cleaning away the trees would be harmfull for the birds in the forest.

Finally, in the passage, the writer support that salvage logging could bring about the economic benefit and job position. in the contrast, the professor refutes that salvage logging cost more for our society because it is expensive for the company to cut the tree and to train the employees.

In conclusion, the opinion that salvage logging can bring about the benefit in the lecture contradict to the the reading idea that salvage logging is good for the society.

In the passage, the writer believes that the four-day way can bring the benefit for the company, the country and the individual. Nevertheless, the professor in the lecture casts doubt on this opinion, providing three reasons.

To begin with, the passage states that the four-day way could bring the value for the company. However, the professor argues againt this viewpoint and maintains that the four-day way would let the company spend more money since company should spend a lot of the money to train the employees and support their medical benefit. What is more, company should add more space and computers for the addtional works which would cut down the company benefits.

More importantly, the writer votes for that the four-day way can provide more job for the country. Nonetheless, the speaker departs from this idea and holds that the four-day way would not increase the employment but do harm to the country because the company would take the other opion to let the worker work overtime and acomplish the same amount workload in four days which would not create the additional work.

Finally, the reading material says that the four-day way could improve the individual life. On the contrast, the professor obtain a contradictary point that the four-day way would be bad for the employee since the four-days way would decrease the employees ability of the works and prevent the worker from advancing their career. Also, the company would probably fire them, especially in the ecomonical depression, due to their poor ability. The company would prefer the five-day worker.

In conclusion, the professor challenges the opinion from the reading material because the four-day way would really do harm to the employees, the companies and the country.

In the passage, the writer believes that the teamwork is benefitial for the company. However, the professor from the lecture casts doubt on this opinion and votes for that the teamwork would be harmful for the company and the teammates.

To begin with, the writer holds the idea that the teamwork would be very rewarding for the members of the team. Nevertheless, the lecturer argues against that the teamwork actually does not improve the stimulation of the team but decreases their activity, since the worker's contribution would be ignored. Professor says that due to the reward of the project is for the whole team rather than the individual, the well inspiration of the teammate would be not recorded to the contribution and then be neglected.

What is more, the reading material points out that the teamwork could absorb the resource and the expertise from the workers. Nonetheless, the speaker challenges this attitude and indicates that the teamwork would drop down a large member of the creative idea. He mentions that due to some influential people who can most take charge of the team project, some significant ideas would be ignored which is not fit for the current direction of the project.

Finally, the passage states that the teamwork could spread down the responsibility of the project. While the professor departs from this viewpoint and insists on that the teammate would receive more pressure from the responsibility since if the project fails, then the leader of the company would throw this duty to all the members of the team.

In conclusion, the professor disagree that the teamwork is good for the company and the teammates, which differs from the opinion of the writer, when the responsibility, the resource and contribution are deeply taken into consideration.
