Majority of famous people in the world all make decisions by themselves when they face dilemma situation, after a period of time training, which lead them to walk on a successful way. And few people in this famous people region(few people in this famous people region有点啰嗦，两个people是否可以替换掉一个) are willing to be designed the way by other people. I deem that making decisions by other people for ourself (ourselves) is ridiculous, because no one, even our parents, cannot(应该的肯定吧,can) know more than yourself about your features.  

To start with, the people who know you overall and basicly(这个放在这里是不是合适啊) is always yourself, no matter where your (you) are and what time it is. Everyone has his/her own ideas, even they described it to other people, however, they(会和前面那个they混淆，指代不明) maybe not set up a comprehensive plan for you because they do not know what is the true and essential meaning your idea. On the contrary, people can based on himself(his or her) convention to think out a good idea. For instance, my mother accompanied with me bought clothes for me in the first 20 years of my life, with the time changing, my style of clothes have already been changed, like last time, she bought a childfish (childish) clothes for me, if i wear that clothes walking on the road of college, that everyone would laugh (at) me. Even though, parents are the second most familiar people (of us, they) also make some errors.

On the other hand, making decisions provide opportunities to practice our judgement ability, which has huge influence on people's future life. Take millionaire Bill Gates for example. He made up his mind to be the owner of himself, when he was a child, and at that time he had already choose his clothes by himself rather than his parents. Hence, he created a well foundament(基础？) of independent, leading to a big decision for himself, at(in) fact a big change for the world, (which) is choosing to quit the school and opening his company with his friends, Microsoft, the most influencial company in the world. If he just followed his parents plan going on studying at the college, and (什么not have, 少了点什么吧)maybe not have a Bill Gates who already be known in all over the world.

In a nutshell, people who make decisions by themselves are (more) likely to be success.

Car is invented more earlier than the plane. When they appeared in the earlier stage, normal residents, except those blue blood, cannot share the ring of these transportation which are birth in the expansive of technology time. However, the car stepped into mass consumption quickly than the plane. If i was asked whether the car has a greater influence on our life than the airplane, i definately stand on the side of the car has more positive effects than plane.  
    To start with, car stteped into the citizen daily life more earlier. As the old time like before, people want to from one place to another distant place just can ride horse or on foot, which always take many days to reach the destination. I always listened to my mother what she said that when she was very young, and she went back her hometown just need 1 days by car with approximately 1000km. On the contrary, the journey of that will cost her at least half of one month without car on foot. We can imagine that such tremendous benefits for people do bring the car in that era of low technology. It is evident that car palyed a key role of solving the problem of transportation.  
    On the other hand, the price of sitting a car is far more cheaper than taking a plane.For some people, it is unnecessary to take a plane from jiamusi city to haerbin, and their cost of travelling is very different. Taking a car just need take 6 hours but with the lower price of 40 yuan, nevertheless, we can save 3 hours but we must to pay for 1200 yuan which is entire 30 times than the price of taking a car. When the price was considered by citizens, people are more willing to choose to sit a car to travell. From this spectacular, the car has more influence than plane.  
   Even though, the significans of plane cannot be iglected by us. Plane can provide more convinience and save more time for passangers, as well as have a higher security compare with the car on crowded morden high way.  
   In a nutshell, from some aspects I mentioned above, the car has more effect on people than plane.

universities should give every member of the team the same grade when the team finishes the project
      We can have a hypothesis that you and your partner in one team finished one project, whereas, your score is lower than your partner, what do you think of that? Of course, you will definately think it is not fair beacause you have already try your best to do the work, in contrast, the score is lower than other people. So, I stand on the side that the universities should give the same record for every member. The reasons are following behind.  
       To start with, getting a lower grade than other member in the same team will make him loss the interest .Interest is all essential to a student in college, and if the students lack of this kind of attribut, we cannot imagine how bad influence will bring to the students. For instance, my friend seldom do the dosage form of medicine experient because of last time the professor just gave him a C and the other people in his team all get a B concerning experiment performance after he purse this experimet with best. In conclusion that, it is evident that getting a lower mark than other people would make him lose the interest which belongs him precisely.
    Further more, it make people believe that he is not better than other people in his team. How can we think other person all get a same grade except him. If we think deeper, it will cause student reduce the confidence at the front of his classmates, not only reflecting on the subject, but also other aspect in life. Even more important, it will lead the person who never agree that a person pay for the same labour as other person can get a satisfied response. It is strongly strike the students confidence. For instance, taking my friend i mentioned above as another example, i found since last time he always donot trust him, just like last time we go to sing in KTV, only him cannot dare sing in front of us. Indeed, getting a lower mark invarily make him think he is not better than other people on learning subject, as well as other aspect.
    In brief, I think college should give every member of the team same mark, or will cause the student who not have a same grade comparing with other people lossing the interest and confidence.
