The concept of loyalty is an important part of ethics.The philosopher Josiah Royce said it was the supreme moral good,and that one's devotion to an object mattered more than the merit of the object itself.

Whichever to personal or a group the virtue of loyalty is a good quality.Fundimentally,loyalty is a quality you look for in a friend,which is the foundation to construct belief between each other and no one want to make friends with a betrayor.As an employee who requests to keep secret of company and deal with concrete matters relating to work and that a person thinking of job-hopping is not steadfast and will not be working long or commend by the boss.Similar to organizations that it helps to build a insist relationship between each other.Without loyalty,family will break down;individuals will feel isolated from the community around him;and even the sesure sense based on the army's loyalty will disappear.In addition,loyalty means faithful to a cause,idea,custom,institution,or product,which is a unswerving power helps to pursue personal idea and career target.

The significant of mutual loyalty is also evident in the realm of politics and business field.Loyalty play a vital role in establishing and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships.The loyalty business model is a business model used in strategic management,in which company resource are employed so as to increase the loyalty of customers and other stakeholders in the expectation that corporate objects will be met or surpassed.A typical example of this type of  model is:quality of product of service leads to customer satisfaction,which leads to customer loyalty,which leads to profitability.Customer satisfaction is first based on a recent experience of the product or survice,which urge him to consume the same brand or in the same store,and the important factor for a company in explosive market competition.To sum up this example,the loyalty help business to gain benefit and establish continue patronage of a business.

However,loyalty is a good ethic,but obey the unprofitable and illegal activity is not the right performance of loyalty and is destructive for society.By definition,loyalty is faithful in allegiance to one’s lawful sovereign or government.In the examples in history,which shows that the most loyal men are not those adulate and obey the rule of dominators all the time but those minister who risk the dangerous of been put to death,persuading the governor in his muddle and confused situation;those who is consider the whole from the country’s interest and giving valuable suggestion,whose behavior called loyalty,and the loyalty to people and his country.We must realize that undue loyalty such as chauvinism and irrational frenzy at idol will become a destructive force if no control is imposed on it.

In a word,loyalty is a virtue that plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationship and too often a positive rather than a destructive force whether to one’s friends,to one’s school or place of employment,or to any insituation.
